Uncomfortable bed, very hard, bathroom had bugs coming through exhaust fan.
Marks on mattresses.

very noisy, not enough pool lounges , would not book again.

the location, not much else

Cons:

the room booked was not as shown. We booked a pool view room and we got a room that faced a wall. There were 2 rooms like that and they should not be sold as 'pool view'!!!!! There were kids running up and down pressing door bells, and a huge amount of noise from the Y Bar downstairs outside.

Over all good location, i would like to see some updates and improvements probably before I visit again.

Rooms are a bit dated and furniture however, king bed was comfortable bathroom was clean
Bathroom towels had an odd smell, not the usual fresh linen smell, looked old, I sprayed my towels with deodorant .
No built in phone charging blocks so need to bring own
Limited drinks variety in swim up pool bar. Friendly staff always

Cons:

Room towels need replacing
they are not white and don’t smell fresh they have an age smell, no hand towels or face washers provided
Hand towels are good to have

Pros:

Great location for the purpose of this visit and will choose the hotel again if staying in the same area.

Cons:

Balcony view was very poor and the reception received on arrival lacked excitement, not that it took away from the experience, just some constructive feedback.
