Wir kamen mit Auto uns wurde nicht geholfen. Ich habe das Auto (Mahindra Thar) ausserhalb der Stadt parkiert und dann einen Scooter (honda activa) gemietet zurück zu kommen.

In der beschriebung steht zimmer mit See sicht. Aber man hat pro tag 1200 inr verlangt. Es ist nicht viel aber nicht korrekt.

Empfang zeigte keine hilfsbereitschaft. Wusste die nichts oder wollten sie nicht?
I visited udaipur with my mom and stayed at Jaiwana haveli for 4 days. The place is located extremely close to the lake palace and chandpole (main junction to get an uber). Beyond the location, we were pleased to receive a free room upgrade from Irshad located on the first floor (important because my mother is a senior citizen). We enjoyed the breakfast all days and really really loved the paratha with aachar and ginger tea! The staff from Irshad to harsh to the cleaning team to the restaurant team all are extremely kind and hardworking. My mom tends to make frequent demands for RO water and each time they came to the room with water bottles
Recommend Jaiwana if you want a hardworking humble team ready to make you feel comfortable during your stay!

Breakfast was amazing..it was freshly made..n felt like home cooked...n the roof top restaurant was just so mesmerising..the view of lake, city palace , jag temple...made it just memorable.....
Everything was good...would like to suggest to paste the reception number near the phone, also keep the mosquito repellant in the room, although it was given to me as I asked..no issue on that....
Absolutely nothing. The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Hidden Charges for Basic Amenities: We were asked to pay extra money just to use the toilet and shower on the campus grounds, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing.
Early Check-in Issues: We arrived early and needed a room at 7:00 AM. Even after agreeing to pay an extra ₹1000, we were still made to wait until 8:00 AM.
Unjustified Extra Person Fees: The owner demanded extra money for our 14-year-old daughter. She was already included in our Booking.com reservation, and we explicitly stated we did not need an extra bed as the three of us fit in the room. The owner ignored this and forced the charge anyway.
Misleading Accommodation: We were not given a room in the actual Jeevana Haveli. Instead, we were placed in a side building occupied by the owner's family. We paid boutique hotel prices for what felt exactly like a PG or a basic guest house.
Rude & Unprofessional Management: The owner openly stated that they do not provide full facilities to Booking.com guests without extra payments. Worse, he was incredibly rude, speaking harshly and disrespectfully to my wife and me right in front of our daughter.

Value of money,
The hotel is in the heart of the city with all its hustle and bustle and main attractions like Jagdish Mandir, City palace, Gangaur ghat within few metres of walking distance, but the tranquility and peace you feel in the hotel, on its rooftop, eating delicious food and looking at lake pichola in its full beauty and wide view while someone somewhere is singing beautiful songs on the other side of the lake, with the cool breeze ruffling your hair gently.... It's unbelievable how two different worlds are available in the same hotel. I loved the stay. Thank you Jaiwana.

very good view, ideal location near the lal ghat, responsive staff and clean room. I have stayed at the same location time and again over the last 15 years and it has never been a disappointment.
breakfast seemed slightly high priced but with the view it did not bother.
