Great location and cozy rooms
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The room with the terrace was not super spacious, but the terrace definitely compensated. Overall super clean and would stay again. The location was within walking distance from coffee spots and restaurants.

We loved our stay. A quiet, peaceful place with a beautiful inner garden courtyard.

Pros:

La ubicación de Villa Condesa, entre Roma Norte y Condesa, es perfecta para recorrer la zona a pie y disfrutar de su magnífica oferta gastronómica.
El hotel es pequeño, acogedor y está muy cuidado, con atención a todos los detalles. El personal es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
Los desayunos son fantásticos en la terraza.
Sin duda, un lugar que recomendaría al 100% y al que volvería encantado.

I was not aware that accessing my room required climbing 2 floors of difficult stairs via a circular staircase. I found the stairs difficult.

A very special place to stay in a simply wonderful location.
Pros:

Everything- the location was in a most beautiful part of the city, leafy, full of cafes and restaurants and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Staying at The Villa Condesa is like staying at a friends house. We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. We were able to ask for coffee at 5 am! The breakfast was delicious and served with a smile in a lovely winter garden. We loved it and found it very relaxing and peaceful after our busy day trips sightseeing

Pros:

One of the nicest places I've stayed in a long time. It has the atmosphere of a private home rather than a hotel, the rooms are generous, and the housekeeping is impeccable — they even folded the clothes I'd left scattered around, which I found a lovely touch. Roma Norte is the right base for the city.

Cons:

It is a bit expensive, and that's worth knowing going in. The only thing I actually missed was a gym — if there is one, or an arrangement with somewhere nearby, it was never mentioned to me. A quick word at check-in would have solved it.

Beautiful property with a garden style atmosphere with a nice cozy home-like lobby area. Breakfast in the outdoor dining area was a wonderful treat each day as well.

Everything was great - (could use a fan in the bathroom, but that’s super minor).
