Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Kleines und familiäres Hotel. Rezeption sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel bietet sehr viele schön hergerichtet Plätze außerhalb des eigenen Zimmers zum entspannen.

Villa Condesa is a wonderful hotel. The courtyard is fabulous, and breakfast is delicious!
Pros:

the breakfast was great! really delicious and made with care. good strong coffee and the staff was kind and helpful and efficient. the inner courtyard was lovely! an oasis in the middle of the city, a great respite after a day of seeing sites.

Cons:

I had a great room, suite actually - but the bathroom was really narrow. It worked ok, but it was tight. Nothing can be done, and everything was clean and well maintained. It was the only negative.

Tastefully decorated, comfortable and elegant rooms, top quality bedding and comfortable mattress. The intimate scale makes it feel like a well loved home. There's a beautiful open air balcony sitting area the upper level - great spot to read and relax, The dining room is in a lush garden setting, and is convenient for meals at any time of day (international and Mexican cuisine). Our breakfast was included, and included a variety of tasty hot and cold options. Located in a leafy, walkable neighbourhood with many nearby restaurants, cafés, and parks. They offer bicycles for the guests to use. Helpful staff who all speak English - well managed. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Lovely small hotel in Condesa
Pros:

Charming hotel in a beautiful old building in Condesa. Lots of quiet and comfortable spots to sit, with art, antiques and interesting pieces all around.
Our room was big enough and very comfortable with a good bathroom.
The dining-area was lovely for breakfast and thankfully kept warm with outdoor heaters which were necessary in the mornings when we were there.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.
