Charming hotel in a beautiful old building in Condesa. Lots of quiet and comfortable spots to sit, with art, antiques and interesting pieces all around.
Our room was big enough and very comfortable with a good bathroom.
The dining-area was lovely for breakfast and thankfully kept warm with outdoor heaters which were necessary in the mornings when we were there.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great location, small calm hotel
The garden - sitting - eating area at the center of the hotel was a lovely oasis. The birdsong while we ate or that drifted into our windows was soothing.
Our room was large and very comfortable but it was at the top of a metal winding staircase. If you have any mobility challenges, ask for another room.
The hole was lovely, the breakfasts amazing and the staff helpful. It is a small hole located in the Condesa/Roma area near many restaurants and cafes. After hectic day’s sightseeing no we felt it was a retreat from Mexico City. We will definitely stay here again.
I loved how it felt like a private home or intimate b&b. The breakfast was exceptional. Very clean facilities and rooms. We loved the decor and the upstairs terrace was wonderful for a cup of coffee and for some morning sun. The only issue we had was the bed in our room — very hard mattress and only queen size (more like a large full bed than true queen) when the big front room upstairs can easily accommodate a king size bed. The bathroom was also very small and shower at times didn’t have enough pressure and once my husband ran out of hot water. So some minor inconveniences but overall really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when in Mexico City.

Our suite was spacious with exceptionally ample storage space to unpack - lots of hanging space, lots of drawers. Restaurant was great - full served breakfast with Mexican and American choices - also open seemingly all day for lunch or dinner even at odd hours. Very comfortable, on a quiet street.
Wifi was just adequate though speed and coverage could be improved. Hot water similar - adequate but could be better. In otherwise large suite, bathroom was oddly narrow and cramped.

We loved this boutique hotel. Such thoughtful hosts who are so kind to make our stay comfortable and stress free. We especially loved the breakfast! The coffee was delicious. The rooms are quiet and cozy. The location is very convenient ! We were so enchanted and would love the chance to come back.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was cute and cozy. The included breakfast was great. It was really easy to walk to a lot of places from the hotel. The courtyard is really cute and was decorated for the holidays. I highly recommend staying here.

The breakfasts and the location. The staff were helpful.
The first night we stayed in a supposed junior suite. We had to climb up some very rickety, hazardous stairs. This room etc. was well below the quality we expected and we asked to move. Luckily we moved to a better (and slightly cheaper) room which was more comfortable on the ground floor. I feel strongly that the owner should declare that the room has a narrow, steep and shaky staircase. Really the room needs a complete facelift to bring it up to scratch.
