Ich empfehle das Hotel nicht.
Pros:

Frühstück war o.k. Mitarbeiterin freundlich.

Cons:

Flur,Treppenhaus dunkel mit einem schmutzigen Teppich ausgelegt. Zimmerklein renovierungsbedürftig. Bad o.K. Fernseher kaput, konnte nicht repariert werden. Männer an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, wenig hilfsbereit

Cons:

Der Lift war kaputt,das Bad hat nach Urin gestunken,das Fenster ging nicht zu kippen das Zimmer hat gemieft. Endresultat war das wir die Zimmer storniert haben. Wir brauchen kein Luxus aber sowas geht nicht.

Wenig Straßenlärm

Cons:

Zimmer, heiß, stickig, winzig. Die elektronischen Geräte haben nicht funktioniert, auch nicht, nachdem ich es zweifach zurückgemeldet hatte. Duschkopf fiel am 1.Tag ab. Zimmer wurde, nach dem Reinigen, nicht abgeschlossen. Auch darum hatte ich gebeten, hat nicht genutzt. Dusche überall stark verkalkt.

WORST “ hotel “ ever
Pros:

I travel a lot around germany and Europe in general for work and I never leave reviews ! This is by far THE WORST hotel I have ever visited . I say visited because It was impossible to stay there . The room was like a Harry Potter closet with dirty carpets and awful lights . I couldn’t breathe in there even with open windows it was so stuffy and dirty . The receptionist was rude.
I walked out and found a hotel two streets away - less expensive and much bigger and comfortable room with air .

They did not want to refund me .
Please do not book this hotel it is awful !!!!
I do not know how they are allowed to call themselves a hotel :(

Die Lage

Cons:

Es war schmutzig, die Steckdose im Bad war kaputt und gehört ausgetauscht. Der Aufzug war defekt. Das Zimmer lag im Fünften Stock, es war brütend heiß und das Fenster konnte man nicht offen lassen, da direkt davor die Feuertreppe vorbei ging. Ein sehr herunter gekommenes, verwohntes Hotel, dass dringend renoviert gehört. Das Frühstücksbüffet war überschaubar. Der Übernachtungspreis wurde bereits am Vortag über meine im Buchungssystem hinterlegte Karte abgebucht, obwohl Bezahlung vor Ort vereinbart war. Laut Hotel war der Betrag angeblich noch offen und ich musste vor Ort diesen nochmal begleichen. Laut Hotel wohl ein Fehler von Booking.com - werde umgehend Erstattung beantragen.

nur das Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, es lagen sogar Kakerlaken auf meinem Bett. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war extrem schwach und der Aufzug funktionierte nicht. Die Bilder entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität. Außerdem konnte mir trotz Nachfrage keine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsrechnung ausgestellt werden. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.
