Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Locatie dicht bij Altstadt. Ontbijt was voldoende: buffet.
Alleen niet voldoende parkeerplaatsen, moesten naar een parkeergarage elders in de stad.

Cons:

Onvildoende parkeerplekken.

Нормального розміру номер. Смачний сніданок.

Cons:

Неможливість скористатися душем: не переключався з ванної. Багато пилу в радіаторах-- страшно було вмикати опалення, а в номері було холодно.

Nettes Personal

Cons:

Ich hatte Zimmer 103 und ich fand sehr störend, dass vor dem Zimmer dauerhaft mehrere Wäschecontainer standen. Das hatte etwas von Wäschekammer. Der Badboden war leider auch nicht wirklich sauber.

Cons:

Para chegar no quarto foi necessário caminhar muito, quase um labirinto de tão longe. O elevador não estava funcionando, o que dificultou muito para carregar as malas, já que o quarto era bem distante da entrada do hotel

Good breakfast but room in dire need of refurbishment and lift not working is very inconvenient.
Pros:

Locaation was fine amd breakfast is goid although no toaster available.

Cons:

Lift not working, room carpet full of stains and drawer of bed side table broken. Construction going on behind the hotel which is noisy if you want to wake up late.

Понравилось, что на ресепшене оказался работник, который знал русский язык. Что проблему с номером сразу же решили.

Cons:

Номер, который подготовили для нас при заезде оказался ужасным: поломанное третье место, сломанная закрывашка в ванной, вода текла отовсюду, очень мало места в номере.

A excelente localização não compensa

A localização era ótima e permitiu-nos fazer tudo a pé.

Cons:

A estadia ficou muito aquém das expectativas devido a graves problemas de manutenção e limpeza. A janela do quarto não fechava corretamente, o que anulava qualquer isolamento acústico; ouvia-se tudo o que passava na rua, resultando em duas noites sem dormir. Somando a isto, o barulho nos corredores passava facilmente para o interior do quarto.

No que toca à higiene, o cenário foi deplorável: a alcatifa estava imunda e cheia de nódoas. A casa de banho estava suja, ainda continha o lixo dos hóspedes anteriores e, para agravar, encontrava-se entupida. Uma experiência muito negativa que não recomendo.

Ideal für einen Kölner Städtetrip

Zentrale Lage, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Dass man nur 30 Min beim Frühstück sitzen bleiben darf und dass der Fahrstuhl phasenweise ausgefallen ist (unsere Zimmer waren im 5. OG).

Toll ist die ruhige Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt bzw. zur Innenstadt selbst.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, im Badezimmer Schimmel bzw. starke Verschmutzungen in den Fliesenfugen.
Wir hatten ein 3-Bettzimmer. Das dritte Bett hatte eine völlig durchgelegene Matratze, eine Beleuchtung (Leselampe) fehlte.

Die Betten waren ok und das Frühstück war auch

Bei der Anmeldung war das Personal überfordert und es dauerte ewig bis wir die Zimmer beziehen konnten. Auch sie Sauberkeit der Bäder ließ zu wünschen übrig (Schimmel in der Dusche)
