Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Es war noch Restmüll vom vorherigen Gast im Mülleimer. Das Bad war nicht gereinigt, die Toilette schmutzig und es roch sehr unangenehm. Freundlicherweise habe ich ein neues Zimmer erhalten. Da war es leider nicht anders. Schmutzreste vom vorherigen Gast der Duschwanne. Schmutzige Toilette. Die hygienischen Mängel waren für mich unzumutbar. Ich habe mich sehr geekelt und daher auch sofort ausgecheckt. Auf eine Rückmeldung von meiner Beschwerde Nachricht und Rückerstattung der Kosten warte ich bis heute…

Hotel ist alt, Bad ist Katastrophe wie Hotelzimmer. Für einen Nacht, wenn mann außer einem Bett nicht mehr braucht ist okay.

7 Zimmer gebucht davon war eins in einem guten Zustand das war das einzige Positive.

Cons:

Unmöglicher unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Es hat ewig gedauert, es gab nur Probleme. Wir hatten 7 Zimmer gebucht. Einige davon sehr dreckig.
Ich kann das Hotel nicht Empfehlen.

Günstiges Hotel in einer zentralen Lage
Pros:

Der Preis war günstig und die Lage war top! In der Nähe der U-Bahn. Man kommt schnell in alle Richtungen der Stadt. Die Gegend ist auch sicher. Ich war alleine als Frau spät am Abend gekommen. Es war überall sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung sieht ziemlich gebraucht aus. Vor allem die Decke über dem Fenster und die Wände. Auch der Waschbecken und Duschbereich. Aber zu dem niedrigen Preis war es ok.

Das Hotel liegt zentral dennoch ruhig in der Nacht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen wie z.B. Bahnhof Köln Süd. Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück in Ordnung. Preis ist wirklich sehr gut für Köln.

Cons:

Es könnte Rühreier geben, und ein Kaffeeautomat wäre nicht schlecht.

Pros:

Breakfast was not that bad... manageable....one can survive with the food that they offered.

Cons:

Bed was too small.
Pillow was uncomfortable, I had a bad neck ache almost every day. I wish if I could ask for a refund.
