Not worth it! Book a much better hotel even if its more expensive.

Location wise was close enough to walk to city centre.

Cons:

1)Since day 0 of my stay i had raised the wifi issue to management without being resolved as my signal was minimal to zero so for work issues I had to sit in reception to have access to internet 🛜.

2) The cleaning is horrible and i had not received any clean towels nor change of bed sheets,

3) I have seen by other residents when asked about the parking 🅿️ the staff simply guided them to go to a close parking area which is not the hotels owned,

4) Staff discussed in front of me and about me in german,

5) From day 0 by door 🚪 was banging by the wind as others as well and when asked to it to be fixed which they did, afterwards it was not able to lock.

Das Hotel ist das Geld nicht wert.
Pros:

das Zentrum ist etwa 15 min. entfernt

Cons:

- der Lift ging nicht
- das Hotel hat seine beste Zeit seit Jahren hinter sich, alles abgeranzt, Teppich und Nachtschrank usw.
- der 2. Rettungsweg im Aufgang A über das Fenster ,endet über die Leiter in 3 - 4 m Höhe über dem Erdboden ,darunter
standen Müllcontainer
- über Aufgang B war wenigstens eine Ausziehleiter sichtbar

No fue agradable
Cons:

Me pareció muy malo, llegamos y no había estacionamiento,que en la pagina nos decía que si, no funcionaba el ascensor y nadie nos ayudó de recepción a subir las valijas , había olor en el baño, y estaba sucio. El barrio de noche no me dio seguridad y era muy oscuro

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

After reading some of the reviews, I was worried as to what we would find when we arrived. However, the standard triple room was perfect for three people, with comfortable, clean beds, a large bathroom with fresh towels provided daily. The reception staff were extremely helpful, especially when recommending restaurants that offered gluten-free options. Breakfast was continental and met our needs even though there wasn’t a gluten free option. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the centre of Cologne, and Ubers were easy to arrange when needed. I booked in August 2025 and got a great deal for our stay which included breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of some updating and redecoration. For example, there was a shower door missing, although we managed by positioning it carefully to prevent water from going everywhere and carpet had a stain but seemed clean.
Although I had requested a gluten-free breakfast for one guest, this was not available. However, this wasn’t a major issue as there were still other suitable options on the menu.
Neither of these points detracted from our overall stay which was 5 nights.

Nach labgem hin und her, haben wir noch 1 Einzelzimmer bekommen

Cons:

Wir hatten für 3 Personen reserviert, war nur für 2 Personen gerichtet.
Bettcouch da konnte man nicht schlafen weil sie kaputt war.

Das war der schlechteste Hotel Aufenthalt in meinem ganzen Leben!!!
Cons:

Ich habe einen Bandscheibenvorfall was mir das Treppensteigen etwas schwer macht.
Unser Zimmer war im 4 Stock. Der Aufzug ging aber nicht in den 4.Stock. Entweder mussten wir in den 5. Stock fahren uns eine Etage wieder runter laufen oder in den 3.Stock und eine Etage nach oben laufen. Mit Koffer und Gepäck ist das dann mehr als schlecht.

Das Badezimmer war mehr als eklig. Wir hatten uns beschwert weil Zahnpaste an der Türklinke klebte. Das Hotelpersonal meinte nur, ob das wirklich so schlimm wäre.

in den Betten waren mehrere Haare, wenn man aber sieht wie die Handtücher und Bettwäsche im Flur gelagert werden, ist das kein Wunder.

Parkplätze gibt es in der Umgebung auch keine. Mit dem Großen Wagen sind wir nicht auf den Hof gekommen, also haben wir beide Abende mindestens immer 30 Minuten gesucht.

Für einen Wochenendausflug, bei dem man sich eigentlich nur in der Nacht im Hotel aufhält, keine Ansprüche an das Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet.
Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, in welchem wir untergebracht waren, entsprach mehr der Kategorie einer Abstellkammer. Hinzu kam, dass es sehr schmuddelig, alt und sehr verwohnt wirkte.

Pulizia della camera . Ascensore sl piano non funzionante, acqua fredda chiusa. Camera prenotata per tre letti e terzo letto mancante. Televisore non funzionante.
