Cons:

Would never stay there again due to tram construction. We were awake all hours of the night due to noise. Traffic was terrible

Beautiful View , great staff and facilities
Pros:

The view was spectacular and staff very helpful and friendly. Indoor pool was amazing and we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves.
Car park easy to get in and out of. Spacious rooms and comfy clean big bed.

Cons:

Street noise from street night works. Burleigh is so congested now.
Carpet was quite dusty snd worn. Previous tenants didnt empty bins ot flush toilets . Needs a bit of maintenance window shuttets broken. Overall a beautiful apartment just a bit tired .

Unit was large and spacious and nice views of the beach

Cons:

Location and no air-conditioning in the rooms so had to leave door open to let wind in very bright in morning not very comfortable

We’ve stayed in the area many times but the panoramic views of Burleigh Surf are by far the best! Location makes beach v
Pros:

The expansive panoramic views were sensational! (We stayed on level 23 - staying from level 16 & up, above the tree line, is highly recommended). We also loved how big the apartment was, compared to many others we’ve stayed at. Will definitely return.

Cons:

Whilst we didn’t mind our older-style apartment, suggest owners could invest in some TLC. In the 2nd bedroom, our girls needed to use the pedestal fan & ceiling fan, as latter didn’t reach a fast speed. For a short stay, suggest provision of basic supplies for the full stay, e.g. more than 1 d/w sachet, 1 hand d/w sachet, etc. And a cleaning spray. If we stayed a week, we’d totally accept that guests supplying their own.

Good location but I would not stay in this unit again
Pros:

Location was great. Facilities at the complex were good

Cons:

Apartment we stayed is in need of an upgrade! Carpet throughout the unit looked old and had stains. Blankets did not look clean. Bathroom was very old, with taps that didn’t work properly . Ended up with lots of insect bites during a 3 night stay

Great location, very practical for the family. Loved lots of appliances and cutlery. Layout was lovely to overlook the water and close to facilities

Cons:

Needs better drainage, toilet wouldn’t flush everything with one flush, when showering the water hovered in there staking a long time to drain. Stayed 3 nights and only had one garbage bags, 1 dishwasher and washing detergent, expecting all dishes to be clean or in dishwasher as leaving. Recommended providing 1 of each per night staying. Hadn’t had a deep clean in a while with sand near and under Loungeroom rugs etc.
