A very comfortable, clean and spacious well located apartment with proximity to the beach.
Pros:

Everything. Perfectly clean, well equipped, fabulous view and excellent balcony, spacious, excellent bathrooms, easy access, indoor and outdoor pools, location well served by public transport, very pleasant and helpful staff, grocery shopping nearby.

I cannot fault this accommodation

Great stay at Burleigh Surf apartments!
Pros:

This is in a fabulous location. Views are amazing. The property is well-priced, comfortable and clean. The reception/welcoming team were lovely and relatable, fabulous ambassadors for the property. Will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Just a couple of ‘first world problems’ to sort: the lampshades throughout the apartment desperately need cleaning. The dishwasher is pre-set/can’t change to a quick wash and doesn’t wash mugs very well/leaves stains. We ended up hand washing/scrubbing all mugs. But as I say, first world problems and a small price to pay for a wonderful stay.

The reception staff were great on arrival.
Pros:

We booked for the location and the view.
We also booked the property specifically for the indoor pool facitilities given the time of year we were travelling we needed options for the children we were travelling with.

Cons:

The indoor pool was closed for maintainance the week of our trip.
We were able to use another indoor pool a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Pros:

Excellent location opposite patrolled beach. Walking distance to Paddock cafe, Nth Burleigh SLC and Miami tavern.

Cons:

Unit we rented was extremely tired and unloved. Makeshift repairs to kitchen bench and minimal crockery. We paid a cheaper rate and most likely got what we paid for.
Housekeeping issues and cleanliness addressed privately with management .

The amazing view,the size of the apartment and kitchen facilities.

Cons:

Found a few odd items left from previous guests in a cupboard and on a window sill. But we removed those things so no one else gets the "ick. Apart from that we were very happy.

We have stayed at Burleigh Surf many times over the years its still wonderful.
Pros:

Location is great. Sorry to see and hear the new
bldg. next door reducing the view.
The view and position are fabulous.

Cons:

Safety rails in shower. Non-see through curtains
or roller blinds would be welcome.

Pros:

The apartment is very spacious with an excellent view.

Cleaning could have been better. In addition, the Queen size bed was uncomfortable as it deep in the middle.
