si può sempre migliorare
Pros:

Non c'è servizio di colazione e l'accesso alle camere è un poco complesso. Manca l'asciugacapelli in bagno. Lo staff è super.

Cons:

il bagno con un asciugacapelli e una doccia più potente. Aggiungerei la colazione. Il cibo del ristorante è ottimo.

Poor.
Cons:

Toilet did not flush. Bathroom shelf hanging at an angle so could not put a thing on it. No glasses, only 2 mugs. Contrary to information on booking, no wifi. The room was grotty and tired.

Unfortunately, it's not pleasant or comfortable
Pros:

After reporting that the room is dirty and the lights and lock don't work, thank the owner for changing the room

Cons:

The room was not cleaned, the shower was dirty and a lot of hair. The bed linen also had hair.

Bedrooms a bit dated, but reflected in the overall price. Great service & food and a warm welcome
Pros:

We arrived at approx 7pm and ordered some drinks from a very polite waitress, which arrived quickly and of good quality. I then ordered two squid dishes and was genuinely blown away by the quality ! Obviously made fresh and with love . My parents and wife all had various pasta dishes, each one a homemade delight. I cannot recommend the homily familiar atmosphere and attention to detail with regards to service and food quality ,enough. rooms were functional and adequate, but great value for the expense. I would restay in a heartbeat and would visit just for the family run kitchen. Karem the manager is a credit to the hotel. Many thx for a great stay.

Cons:

not much. small bin in the room

Awful
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Everything, room far from boutique was more 1980’s guest house , door didn’t lock properly, awful smell from toilet , light on toilet didn’t work , carpet edges dirty , tiny amount of toilet roll , sink slack , banister coming up dirty staircase slack with spindle missing in all one of the worst places I’ve every stayed

Avoid
Pros:

Room was big enough and beds were comfy

Cons:

Referring to this as a boutique hotel is over stretching things massively. It's a few rooms above an Italian restaurant. I had to spin back round the roundabout to check this was actually where I was staying as I was looking for a hotel.

Shower was dribbling at best and there was a ridiculous racket each time you used the water. There were empty sachets left in the shower from the previous occupants 😕

Pros:

Nothing!!

Cons:

Do not stay here you will be lied to and stolen from !
I booked this accommodation for my girlfriend her two children and elderly father, from Fri 22nd to Mon 25th May, my girlfriend and her father refused to stay here as it was a building site under construction, the toilet wasn't even fitted! as you can see by the photos, and the place stunk of raw human sewage due to the work being done, the owner Hamsa told my girlfriend that he will arrange full refund of£342.75 Hamsa also told my girlfriend that he had requested from booking.com that they amend his advert due to construction, booking.com did not do this! I asked booking.com for a refund as the property was falsely advertised again as seen by the photos provided, I was told they need confirmation from the property for refund, Hamsa the owner to Me he had sent refund confirmation three times to booking.com, booking.com had received nothing, on Monday the 29th of June I pushed Hamsa to send refund confirmation under threat of legal prosecution, hamsa them promised he would send confirmation for refund then asked me the booking reference number and booking pin so he could send the email, he should know this information and why didn't he do this four weeks ago?? booking.com then told me they have received the email and was unable to refund me. I then requested from the owner Hamsa to email me a copy of the email he sent to booking.com that clearly states him giving refund confirmation, under the freedom of information Act 2000, Hamsa did not send this to me and now cut me off/ blanked me this should tell you everything you need to know about this property and the owner Hamsa! Not to mention the blatant disregard for customers money from booking.com, I've submitted a full report to trading standards via citizens advice bureau, and opened up a fraud/theft investigation with my bank, and now starting proceedings to take booking.

Horrible! I would have walked out but was tired from my journey and didn’t want to spend even more money
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean bedding with very good pillows and sheets. Towels were also good quality and clean

Cons:

Room was dirty with dust and grime which had been present for quite a while. Build up of dust beside the bed and dirt next to the sink. The bottom drawer front fell off bedside table. There was Mould on bathroom ceiling. Finish peeling off inside of the bath. Broken window handle and filthy window frames. The shelf in the bathroom was coming away and was slanted so couldn’t be safely used

Pros:

The restaurant served excellent food.

Cons:

No teaspoon to make tea, no litter bin in any rooms, only one socket with an extension, so could only use one bedside light then unplug that to use kettle. Apart from that, not bad for the price.
