Great location and an easy set up despite there being no staff on site
Had a triple room and the bunk beds weren't easy to work especially the middle one
The location was great, right in the centre. The staff member that we met in order to gain access was super helpful and kind too
There was a room close by on our floor that were extremely loud and banging at ridiculous times.
As there were not staff to go see & the contact number hadn't answered when we rang earlier, it negatively impacted our stay

The 3 stack of bunkers made it so we couldn’t all sit down whilst getting ready as bunks were not high enough to sit in and only one chair!

No Staff on site and provided Phone Number was ringing out, no instructions for check in sent prior to arrival
The room was really small, there were 3bed in 1 bunk & the spare space next to the bunk was as wide a the bed so very little space for the 3 of us to stand up.
After discussion we chose not to stay as the smell from the drain in the bathroom was awful.
Not sure how safe I’d have felt coming back to this property early hours
Amazing place for 1-2 nights , definitely for nightlife usage , great!!
Shower was dirty or had some sort of stain on the floor bit of the shower , mirror in the bathroom was also dirty , which I don’t want to be picky but looked like someone brushed teeth and covered the whole mirror. (Was before us).

Good location. Communications were mostly swift. Good central location.
Insecure property. Poor lock on room door meaning door was insecure. No secondary lock once inside room to ensure security. Room walls very thin and can hear neighbouring rooms even at low voice levels. Notified owner that we would no be staying due to the above very soon after arriving but they were not willing to offer any form of refund, even though there was time available to resell and even though the security issues were the owners responsibility. Booking.com currently processing complaint.
