Pros:

Расположение отличное, легко добраться от вокзала. В самом центре.

Cons:

Матрац был очень жесткий. На просьбу поменять матрас. Ответили грубо. Мухи в номере. Кондиционер -общий. Ночью юыло холодно, выключить ник то не мог. На ресепшине никого небыло. Главное в отеле нет лифта. Спина болела 2 дня после ночи проведенной в отеле. На мои просьбы, мне отвечали, что не понимают меня. Надо говорить только по -украински.

Nice stay in the heart of Lviv
Pros:

Maybe the issue was the type of room I booked, but I didn’t have a kettle or a fridge, which was a bit inconvenient. The bed was excellent, and both the room and the bathroom were clean. The soundproofing from the street was good, so the noise didn’t bother me. The staff were so helpful and kind, and the cleaners always made sure to clean my room

Perfect 🤩 stay in one of my favourite cities
Pros:

Moved from a standard to a de luxe room due to traffic noise. Very helpful staff

Cons:

As above, some rooms face the main road.
Info on where to find the nearest shelter would be good as the hotel doesn’t have its own
