Eye-watering room rates
Pros:

The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

We arrived in the middle of the heat wave & the rooms were not air conditioned which meant the nights were sleepless despite having two fans provided.
Aside from this the hotel is really a B&B and for the prices we paid I was expecting a higher grade of Accommodation.

The standard of the rooms varies from Annex to Main building. This time was better quality in Main building.

Prima hotel. Leuke buurt en alles op loopafstand.
Pros:

Locatie was super. Centrum op loopafstand. In omgeving leuke restaurants en pleintjes.

Cons:

Geen lift naar kamers. Met koffers op de trappen op is even een uitdaging. Personeel kan aanbieden even te helpen.

Cons:

The hotel was staffed with mostly helpful people who were friendly and accommodating. However when I returned to the hotel around 11pm having walked uphill for about 2km in high heels on a hot evening, I was astonished that I was refused water. I asked if I could have a couple of bottles of water from the bar (I knew there was none provided in the room) and was told no. Emphatic no. The card machine was off and she couldn’t serve. After some pleading and assurances that I would pay in the morning, she grudgingly sold me two bottles of water using said card machine. In a fit of conscience, I can only presume, she offered me a glass and some ice which in the circumstances I thought was a trick question.

Pros:

Excellent location and super friendly staff. Everything very clean and well presented. There was a fan in the room which was much appreicated as it was exceptionally hot when we stayed. Good value.

Cons:

You are given a set time for breakfast which is a bit restricting.
