Apart from not being able to have breakfast, my stay was lovely.
Pros:

It was very clean close to where I wanted to be. Bus stop right outside so getting around Bristol is easy.

Cons:

Arrived at 22:30 and was unable to book breakfast for next morning told the order had already gone to the chef. So my only options was to go out in the morning to find somewhere or just not have breakfast.

Great base for a couple of nights stay in Clifton whilst attending graduation ceremony.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Booked 4 rooms. Single had a problem with toilet leaking & flush. Twin had slight issue with plug in basin. Large double needed more sockets as had to unplug something to charge phones/ use hairdryer. No hook on bathroom door. As it was on ground floor, a bit noisy early in morning when bins were moved in carpark & breakfast being set up on the floor above. Also some traffic noise. Appreciate it is in an old building but felt more could be done to improve it. (We live in an old property so understand the challenges)

Not the best experience for a two-night city break
Pros:

Although it was at an extra cost, parking was convenient

Cons:

Breakfast was slow, badly organized and not all menu items, as offered on arrival, were available on the Saturday morning.
Room was too small for even the standard double bed it contained, there was insufficient drawer space for clothing and the wall mounted TV was very small. It would have been better offered as a single room.
