Atendimento e simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Poderia ter controle remoto da TV no quarto e secador de cabelo no banheiro. Um telefone seria ótimo para facilitar o contato com a recepção.

Equipe sensscional de funcionários , atenciosos, educados.

Cons:

Alguns componentes do quarto deixou a desejar, não havia suporte pra papel higiênico ,assim como pra sabonete e shampoo, ralo de metal retorcido, as vezes machucava o pé, tomada da cama sem o espelho...Coisas simples, mas que fazem toda diferença para nosso bem estar.

Localização muito boa, à beira mar de Ondina (final do circuito Barra-Ondina), com fácil deslocamento para pontos turísticos da cidade. Quarto com tamanho razoável, ótimo para uma estadia curta.
Funcionários receptivos.

Café da manhã sem muita diversidade de um dia para o outro, porém que atende às necessidades básicas.

O Hotel tem uma ótima localização e tem uma ótima equipe de funcionários sempre atentos e solícitos para prestar as melhores orientações e informações

Cons:

Não há interfone ou telefone entre a recepção e os quartos. Caso seja necessário a comunicação com aportaria, faz-se necessário sair do quarto e ir diretamente a recepação
