Pros:

Su ubicación en el centro de la Petite Bayonne y la cercanía a un parking cubierto de pago.

Cons:

A la hora de dar los datos para pagar la fianza y obtener a cambio el código de entrada al apartamento, nos fue imposible contactar por teléfono al salir una locución en él y no contestar ninguna persona. Al final tras llamar al servicio de ayuda de Booking, de manera rápida, se pusieron en contacto y se pudo solucionar el problema de manera rápida y eficaz.

Hace su funcion.
Pros:

Situacion. Limpieza. Hacia su funcion. Restaurnates, supermercados y bares por la zona. Solo te dan jabon para fregar. Todo lo demas tienes que llevar. Cafetera de filtro. Un parking semi gratis. (2e /23h) es el parking mouserolles a 10min andando.

Cons:

Si no cierras con llave, te pueden abrir desde fuera. Nos pasó mientras dormíamos que un joven se equivocó de piso y nos llevamos un susto. Aunque él más gracias a nuestro perro.
La cafetera me dijeron que te daban filtros. Y luego me dijeron que una nueva recepcionista se habia equivocado. Total q al dia siguiente nos vinieron con filtros cuando habiamos comprado una caja . Al menos ahora hay para todos los estudios una temporada.
Tamaño justo. No funciona el estractor y la cortinas es tan justa que entra luz si o si

Glad we shortened our stay from two weeks to one!
Pros:

Location! Short walk from train station, restaurants/bars and markets.

Cons:

Room was tiny for a week stay; would be fine if you were only there to sleep/shower and spend the rest of the day out.
Listing on booking.com shows there is a bathtub (there wasn't) and a photo showed an end table with lamp (there wasn't). (Temporesidence disputed that when I asked about it). For makeshift end tables we used the kitchen garbage can the first night then found some wooden produce boxes outside for the rest of the stay. Two wood dining chairs and a bed to sit on; lobby was closed (off season) so couldn't sit elsewhere outside the room. No follow up to see if we needed towels changed or more toilet tissue (I asked for more tissue). Regular drip coffee maker in the kitchenette but only espresso cups (yet no Moka pot); had to email for larger cups. Microwave was dirty. Not sure who on vacation would use the (provided) pressure cooker! All correspondence by email/booking.com so not always prompt replies.

Cons:

De nos jours, fournir son n° de carte bancaire par téléphone n'est pas du tout conseillé, donc Je n'ai pas apprécié de devoir être obligé de me rendre dans l'autre résidence à 10 mn, uniquement pour fournir l'empreinte de ma carte bancaire pour l'éventuelle caution et récupérer ainsi mon code d'entrée.
L'appartement est correct, propre, la literie de bonne qualité. Néanmoins des rideaux plus occultants, du gel douche et un dévidoir pour le papier toilette me semblent nécessaire. Stationnement difficile à proximité du logement.

Bon rapport qualité /emplacement/prix mais pas plus de 2 jours.
Pros:

Tout à fait correct pour le prix et l’emplacement et Max 2 nuits.

Cons:

Ce ne sont pas des appartements où on a envie de rester . C’est bien pour dormir , le reste c’est peu équipe et couette trop petites en longueurs /largeurs avec des lits de 80 et qui donnent des lits de 160 mais qui s’écartent .
