Un apartamento agradable para pasar unos días
Pros:

El apartamento, sin ser grande, era amplio.
Las camas eran cómodas.
El baño era muy amplio, muy cómodo.
La cocina es pequeña, pero apañada, bien equipada.
La persona que nos llamó para explicarnos las condiciones e instrucciones para la habitación, nos habló en español y nos indicó todo muy bien.

Cons:

Quizás que no haya recepción, pero la verdad que no fue un problema, está bien organizado.

Las instalaciones están bastante anticuadas y el estado general del apartamento deja mucho que desear. Durante la estancia era imposible permanecer dentro de la habitación por el calor, ya que superaba los 30 °C. No dispone de aire acondicionado ni ventilador.
Las ventanas son muy antiguas y no aíslan ni del ruido ni del calor. Al estar ubicado en una zona con mucho tránsito nocturno, era imposible descansar: si cerrabas la ventana, el calor era insoportable; si la abrías, el ruido de la gente se prolongaba hasta las 3 de la madrugada y, a primera hora, comenzaban los camiones de basura y las obras.
Las cortinas estaban rotas y además faltaba una, por lo que entraba mucha luz desde primera hora de la mañana.

El baño tenía moho, varias baldosas estaban rotas y el interruptor de la luz no funcionaba correctamente. Como detalle curioso, la manguera de la ducha parece diseñada exclusivamente para personas de 1,60 m o menos. Si eres más alto, prepárate para hacer sentadillas o ducharte agachado, porque no llega. Nunca pensé que una ducha pudiera convertirse en una sesión de yoga.

En la cocina, los utensilios estaban sucios y la campana extractora no funcionaba. El colchón estaba muy desgastado, las puertas del armario estaban rotas y la cerradura de acceso iba muy mal; había que hacer bastante fuerza para poder abrirla.

En definitiva, la relación calidad-precio me pareció muy mala. No volvería a alojarme aquí. Por un poco más (10 o 20 €) se pueden encontrar opciones mucho mejores.
Como aspecto a tener en cuenta, al hacer el check-in cobran una fianza de 200 €, que posteriormente devuelven si todo está correcto. En nuestro caso la devolvieron sin problemas, aunque resulta llamativo teniendo en cuenta el estado en el que se entrega el apartamento.

Bien situé dans un quartier historique, touristique, conviviale pour le meilleur et pour le pire ! Mais idéal pour les fêtards.
Couvre feux tout de même vers 3 heures du matin.

Cons:

Le revers de la médaille. Très bruillant en fin de journée. La nuit, la rue piétonne se transforme en un long bar à ciel ouvert.
Le double vitrage est efficace mais sans climatisation ni même un ventilateur, on ETOUFFE et on ouvre la fenêtre !
