Guests have access to the New Leaf Spa from 15:00 on the day of arrival to 11:00 on the day of departure. The New leaf Spa is open from 08:00 to 20:00. Children can use the swimming pool between 8AM - 10AM and again between 4PM - 8PM.

Didnt get the spa experience, budget hotel with pool facilities! Wouldnt stay again!

Cons:

Advertised as spa hotel but really needs to be advertise as hotel with pool facilities! the spa allows children to access same facilities between 4pm and 8pm, was like being sat in the local swimming baths children jumping in, splashing and throwing water weights in the pool, not relaxing at all! Lockers in changing room very problematic, if your lucky to get one that locks but most dont! The bar in the spa area only serves very limited drinks not a lot of choice at all infact the fridges were practically empty no lemonade or ice! Tiles around pool area and to the changing room were dangerously slippy with no slip mats! The room was very clean but basic with old looking shabby furniture, wire just hanging from the tv, and the bed were extremely hard with flat pillows. Noise level was rediculas! BREAKFAST: firstly was told by reception breakfast was served till 10am, we arrived at 9:10am and hardly anything left! No pastries, very little hot food no glasses for any juice. By 9:45am everything was cleared away?!

Grubby, tatty place and thoroughly unrelaxing stay!

Cons:

Hotel generally tired and grubby. Restaurant soulless. Bathroom had a water leak, communal areas were in dire need of a clean and paint. Trying to use the pool and 'serene spa area' was a joke. Kids and adults playing ball in the pool, bombing and using the steam room and sauna with no consideration for others. An awful stay, won't be going again.

A great hotel to stay

Decidedly average, disappointing, the Manager saved the day for us but I would not go back there.
Pros:

We had issues on arrival but the receptionist was very nice. She helped us, and the Manager was as helpful as he could be, in finding a resolution after we had big problems with using the spa and facilities.

Cons:

The deputy manager was rude and dismissive, she seemed very intolerant and not at all keen to support us over issues we had in using the spa. I literally wanted to run away screaming from her. In general the hotel seemed a little scruffy, with peeling paint on all the outside door and window frames, which didn't make the place look very appealing. The spa was an absoute zoo, they had our treatment times wrong, the communication was terrible, they offered us a discount then messed that up, and the whole experience was stressful and upsetting. I ended up cancelling my treatment through the frustration of it all.

Good value, great location for Clumber Park.
Pros:

Staff on reception lovely and friendly and breakfast staff were amazing. Had a great breakfast, lots of choice. Pool was very warm, sauna and steam rooms good. Showers in spa area and complimentary body wash great. We were in the triple room, loved the decor.

Cons:

Some of the staff in the spa and restaurant server were a little nonchalant. I get it, they're young and would rather be doing something else, and didn't expect fake enthusiasm, but need to be a little more enthusiastic. Jacuzzi area in pool, not sure if it's limescale but edge where water line is looks grubby and the black loungers round the pool look like they need an upgrade. Food in restaurant was ok, seemed better last time we came, could have used fresh fruit in the Eton Mess.

Very friendly staff and facilities are fantastic.
Pros:

The staff on reception were very helpful when I had problems with my room on arrival. The spa facilities were clean and of good condition.

Cons:

Unfortunately the original room I was given had not been cleaned. I then had difficulties with the key on the new room as the keys where not working so they had to come and programme it he door again. The service in the bar was unfortunately very poor due to a new starter being left alone whilst the more experience member of staff was running around.

Lovely hotel & spa facilities. Service slow at the bar

The rooms were clean & tidy. The staff where friendly & the facilities where excellent

Cons:

There was not much to dislike, however on the evening I went down to the bar area and the service was slow. The had a member of staff on the bar that didn’t know what he was doing at all and shouldn’t have been left on the bar on his own.

A lovely hotel for a short break. Extremely comfy and clean
Pros:

All the staff are super friendly and extremely professional. The gentleman on reception that checked me in was extremely helpful and was genuinely caring that everything was perfect for my stay. He was a welcome breath of fresh air after a very long drive.

The food here is also of a very high standard and I highly recommend having an evening meal in the restaurant (but please make sure you make a reservation)

Cons:

The rooms are maybe a wee bit tired and could do with an update. But the rooms are fully functional. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very clean
