Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et propre.
La dame a la réception très sympathique,
Le quartier est assez surprenant, mais on se retrouve en plein centre ville. Proche de tout.
Les lits étaient très confortables.

Pros:

Very friendly staff and spacious, clean rooms. The location is good. We booked this hotel for 3 separate nights to stay between flights and everything was to our liking. The hotel was located about 20 minutes from Dar es Salaam airport. Definitely recommended for anyone who needs a hotel between flights or just wants to stay in Dar es Salaam.

Cons:

Located in a busy and noisy surrounding area. The entrance is manned like a prison gate with a strict no visitors sign… feels more like a prison than a hotel

It is really value for money.
Pros:

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and neat. The location is central and excellent to access all different parts of the City.

Cons:

Doesn't allow visitors or alcohol in the rooms. This was noted in advance so its not a complaint.

Comfortable and the location made it easy to get by with commuting to the surroundings.
Pros:

I actually wanted to ask about the mattress. One of the most comfortable mattresses I have found in accommodation for a long time. Staff extremely helpful with suggestions. Nice to have a room with a balcony.

Cons:

Can't say there was anything I didn't like about the accomodation. Just didn't like the smell of the morning air over the mid-city.

It can be an excellent property if some arrangement of food gets added.
Pros:

The check-in process (could have been faster), clean rooms, spacious rooms, good view, nice working table and chair.

Cons:

Absolutely no facility for food. Very poor choice of food in the neighbourhood. No place for parking.

The receptionist was very good and polite while explaining the hotel policy.

Cons:

The location and traffic. My actives weren't in that location, hence, I struggled with the traffic.
