Pros:

Good staff

Cons:

The facility is pricy but doesn’t offer restaurant services. It is a hustle getting out to look for food from neighboring food points. It’s uneasy paying over USD 100 and leave without having breakfast. Other hotels around which are even better and more popular give the same rate and offer breakfast. In summary, the facility has no value for money.

Ottimo punto di appoggio
Pros:

posizione comoda, vista sulla citta'/ scorcio mare e vicina al terminal traghetti (un paio di minuti in macchina).
stanze ben attrezzate e pulite, anche con caffettiera e bottiglie d'acqua gratuite.
gentilezza della manager e disponibilita' a dare utili indicazioni turistiche.
ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli per 5 giorni in deposito durante la nostra visita a Zanzibar. Ci ritorneremo quando andremo a Dar.

Pros:

la posizione, la pulizia e l'attenzione al cliente. ci hanno permesso di lasciare i nostri bagagli in deposito per 5 giorni, cosi' da permetterci un breve soggiorno a Zanzibar con lo stretto necessario. in un paio di minuti in macchina si raggiunge l'area traghetti.

Staying here helped me interact more with the locals in Dar.

Spacious room, well maintained and cleaned.

The noise from the mosques around the hotel. This is out of control of the hotel management, but it was a major issue for me.

Me gustó mucho este hotel, personal muy amable y dispuesto. Buen hotel para quedarte a dormir.

Cons:

Quizá no es el mejor barrio, pero en general Dar es Salaam no me lo pareció para turistas. La ubicación es buena igualmente.
