someone came banging on our door at 4am. Didn’t sleep at all. Ridiculous.

The toilet wasn’t working, the fan wasn’t working either, the was no plug in the room, there was no enough light in the room

The room was on the first floor and right next to the plant room situated on the ground floor the noise and the smell was terrible. The window were very dirty and one point i seen a bed duvet passing by my window from above. my room was next to treh stair door and the noise of people coming and going was terrible.
the shower pressure was not great and the water not very hot . I had teh disabled room and the sink was low and there was a chair left in teh shower that i had to work around
Staff were friendly and the room was clean
Got a phone call an hour before check in saying they were downgrading us from a suite to a standard room. Room was tiny, only 1 towel between 2 people, hair dryer was burnt out, no air con in room, shower was partially broken. Checked out at 5am as couldn't stay in the room any longer due to heat and noise from outside
