Amazing staff. The room was in good condition. The view was nice They provided free beverages at the hotel. It was just opp to the stadium and the Newcastle university.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Hotel location is great. Lots of positives. Room wasn’t huge but very clean with comfy bed and tea/coffee making facilities. It was a warm evening and I welcomed having a fan in the room and windows being open to air the space before our arrival.

Cons:

Its not a dislike really, its just the it’s just the flip side of being so central for anyone considering a stay. It can be noisy late at night and there’s a night club opposite but it doesn’t go on into the wee small hours. If that’s a worry don’t book a room with a view of St James Park. 😊

Very disappointed we expected much more from this hotel .

The location

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible and you could not even cut the black pudding it was rock solid. The furniture was scruffy and marked . The windows had bird poo on them . The tv kept breaking up . The internet was slow . The wall and the ceiling could do with a paint .

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff
Pros:

Great location May at reception made our stay even more special by gifting us a bottle of fiz when she found out we were celebrating our wedding anniversary

Cons:

A little noisy with being on the main road and next to st James stack but this just added to the experience

Pros:

Having a good restaurant as part of the hotel

Cons:

No parking to drop off cases. No hot water for showers in the afternoon. Size of "family room" was small. Could not imagine a family to be able to fit. The lighting was below standard
