Lovely attentive staff,
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

The nearby carpark that is suggested is very expensive, expected for a city centre however spaces are very very limited. We struggled to get a space.

When we checked in the window was open in our room so it was very cold, and took ages to get it to warm up with the in room heating.

Wouldn’t stay again.
Cons:

Damp and mouldy smelling room. Was sold as a family room but they had stuck huge bunk beds just off the kitchen which you could barely move around. Small wardrobe with no other storage for clothes. Overall very disappointing

Great location but would not return
Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

Showers were cold and hardly any pressure
Breakfast was poor - no pastries and limited hot food which tasted like it was pre cooked and been kept warm for hours

Perfect for a short stay when you just need a base
Pros:

Location, staff and Asthetics in the main part of the hotel were brilliant

Cons:

The room was dated , the bathroom door was dirty and lots of mould in the bathroom. The mattress was very old and we could feel the springs digging in

Hugely disappointed
Pros:

Awful stay, extremely disappointed. Booked Nov 2025, arrive on day and they changed our room to a standard. We did not book this. We booked accessible with king-size bed, sofa and kitchen. No phone call to let us know. Also room given ridiculous noise all night. Would not return or recommend. Spoilt my partners bday weekend.

Amazing bed! Great location.
Pros:

Great location, clean, nice bar and the bed was to die for. Unbelievably comfortable.

There’s no parking on site, costs £20 per day which hikes up the price significantly more.

The sink was blocked for the entire stay and filled up, also chewed chewing gum was found in the coffee mugs when we went to make a coffee very off putting.
