Pros:

スナックやアイスク、ジュースのサービスは嬉しかった。

Cons:

他のオリエンタルホテルでの、アメニティを好きなものを選んで部屋に持ち込めるサービスがあったので、同じ方式だと思っていたので、違って残念でした。
また、お酒のサービスもあると嬉しいです。

朝食がとても美味しかった

Cons:

当日着替えしたくてアーリーチェックインしようと思ったら、まだ掃除中とのこと。終わるの待って、残り30分程に課金するのはと悩んでやめた。事前にルームウェアのサイズオーダーをしたけど、されてなかった。

Love the location but for value it didn’t quite hit the mark when it came to amenities.
Pros:

It was close to everything we needed. Clean.

Cons:

No laundry facility, no gym, storage space not enclosed off and staff at reception wasn’t very accommodating. Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly tho.
