So close to be a 10/10.
Pros:

I enjoyed being in the heart of city walk and the nearby proximity to the park. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and hotdogs.

Cons:

I was disappointed to find out that there was no laundry room/coin laundry for us to use. Maybe form an alliance with a nearby hotel that has one since we have to pay to use the laundry anyway; we were instructed to go to the next train stop to find a coin laundry. I also was confused as to why there were 2 luggage delivery service.
The room I was in was great the only thing wrong with it was the restroom was small.

距離環球影城JR站很近，從GAP後面的巷子轉進去就到了，房間乾淨且清香，腳底按摩是電療那種，我不太會使用，需要光腳踩在上面。整體而且推薦給前往大阪環球影城遊玩的旅客，房價比周圍飯店親民
Pros:

早餐的餐廳很大，種類豐富，還有提供下午茶，有飲料和鬆餅，還有一些小餅乾，不過我們早出晚歸，住了三天只使用一次下午茶。電梯很快，即使高樓層的房間也不會等太久電梯。偶數樓層有微波爐、飲料販賣機、製冰機，但是沒有杯子，取用冰塊不方便

Cons:

房間很大，但是卻只有一張圓桌和一張椅子，只能坐在床上休息，我不喜歡坐在床邊整理行李，以及坐在床邊用餐，我希望能根據入住人數提供相同數量的座椅

Pros:

Great location to Universal Studios and the City Walk. They provided select free food and drink services when the park closes a little earlier. The room was comfy and I was able to stream my phone to the TV to view content.

A great experience of the city walk of USJ
Pros:

There was free samples of facial products for us. There was a foot exercise/massage machine it was great after a long day of walking at Universal studios of Japan . The location of the hotel is good with several useful stores and souvenir stores near it.

Cons:

The bathtub side was a little high to pass and the bath ceiling is kind of low. The table is kind of hard to use for many people it is also small. the refrigerator is small and we needed to cramp everything inside
