Good location but not very comfortable bedding.
Pros:

The location was great right next to UVJ which has lot of food options and everything you needed. close to train station, room was a good size and good service.

Cons:

The pillow where horrible very uncomfortable and it caused sleepless nights. The bed where also a little hard.

Pros:

I loved that it was close to universal studios &.right in universal city. Loved the welcome lounge, hotdogs, pancakes, gelato and free soft drink & tea & coffee.

Cons:

I would never really complain about this, but now that Im in my new hotel - the beds were really really hard and uncomfortable I woke up with a sore back 2/4 nights we were there. There was no coin laundry or anywhere to do laundry. The hassle w different staff to try & get our bags forwarded through to the airport or to our next hotel was probably the most disappointing. It was heavily raining, then they said for us to go to lawsons which both lawsons couldnt help us - then we hopped into a taxi both we & our bags were soaked to go to yamato who could help us.. the whole process took 4-5 hours & was the most draining part of the stay. Apart from that it was good.

Parfait hôtel pour profiter pleinement du parc !
Pros:

Super hôtel, à deux minutes à pieds de l’entrée du parc et le personnel était très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était au top !

Cons:

Rien mais un peu plus d’espace dans une chambre de 4 aurait été apprécié
