worse stay ever.
Pros:

Nothing, horrible hotel

Cons:

nothing, worse service ever, and the staff are very rude, all they care about is making a money for any service, made us wait for 30 mins in lobby while our room is ready. and to check in early u have to pay 4000 yen , un helpful staff and very rude.

Pros:

The location is excellent; it was very easy to get to Universal City. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and it's just a short walk from the park and the metro station, making it very easy to get to the city center. The staff was very friendly and gave you coupons to use during your stay, so you can enjoy treats like pancakes and ice cream with toppings, soft drinks, and hot dogs. They provide amenities every day. There's a vending machine and an ice machine on each floor. They also offer a very user-friendly luggage service. The hotel is a little "hidden" but not difficult to find; nothing Google Maps can't handle. There are two entrances coming from the station. Mini burguers and ice cream were my favorite during breakfast.

Cons:

The pillows are very hard; they offer a green cushion which is soft and that's the one I used during my stay.

下次來一定是首選~太棒了!!
Pros:

地點優秀(JR、大街、USJ都很近)、3人房非常舒適寬敞，還有另外兩張躺椅，插座充足
、迎賓下午茶很貼心、熱狗好吃。有提供烘鞋機喔!!

Cons:

建議冰淇淋可以提供多種口味，當天提供抹茶口味小孩不太喜歡
飲料機不知道為什麼喝起來都不是很好喝XD
