נוף מדהים מהחדר ויציאה מהמלון, צוות שירותי ונעים, אוכל מצוין, חדרים גדולים ומרווחים, מסעדה בקומה 25 מצויינת. חדר כושר מצוין, נקי ומאובזר ועם נוף מדהים על כל העיר.

Cons:

המים בבריכה לא היו חמים וגם בגקוזי ולא כל הכפתורים של הבועות עבדו.

מקום המלון מצוין,החדר גדול עם מבט למגדלי הלהבה והים ,הבריכה החמאם מצוינים מה שמהפשר שהייה במלון ללא יציאה לעיר חדר האוכל גדול והשירות מעולה מלצרים אדיבים ומנומסים אוכל מגוון ובשפע , גם בקבלה הרישום היה מהיר, כל יום החליפו סדינים וניקו את החדר והאמבטיה מגבות נקייות

המוזיקה במסעדה המסתובבת היה מחרישת אוזניים והמלצרים אמרו שאי אפשר להנמיך ולכן לא היה ניתן לשוחח אז הלכנו פשוט לא נעים אז לא נהננו מהנוף

מיקום נהדר, הכנסת אורחים, נוף מהמם בקומות הגבוהות, חדר כושר נחמד, בריכה פנימית נחמדה.

Cons:

צוות בקבלה כשהגענו היה נורא, בהתחלה לא מצאו את ההזמנות, המתנו שעתיים עד שהצליחו לתת לנו את החדרים בשעה שבע בערב למרות שהגענו בארבע וחצי.
בחדרים היה ריח נוראי של רטיבות וסיגריות.

מיקום מרכזי מלון מפואר

Cons:

לילה ראשון קיבלנו חדר עם המון רעש - הודענו לקבלה מנהל הקבלה החליף לנו לחדר מידי .
שילמנו על טרקלין. האוכל היה שם ‏קר גם אמרנו למנהל המשמרת והוא זיכה אותנו בתשלום מלא .

בגדול שירות מסר 1 מלון פצצה .

ניקיון על הפנים לא מסדרים תחדר יומיים חיכיתי לסבון ושמפו אחרי שביקשתי אין ספור פעמיים ואם תזמינו קפה לחדר לוקח 50 דקות עד שהגיעה אחרי מיספר טלפונים ממש לא מתאים למלון שמחשיב את עצמו חמישה כוכבים מוסיף גם תמונת ספה קרועה
