Central to the city and surrounding areas. Great location.
Pros:

Prime location to where we were going. Rooms were nice, furniture is a bit out dated.
We didnt eat breakfast here.

Cons:

The fan in the room made a clicking noise all night making for broken sleep through out the night. Air con could of done with a service as it seemed to struggling with cooling down the room even though it wasn't a very big lounge room. Room could of done with the balcony door and windows being opened prior to our arrival. Dust bunnies throughout the room, surface could of done with a wipe down and the fans also.

Disappointing Stay – Safety and Cleanliness Issues

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to safety and cleanliness concerns.

When we arrived, the smoke alarms in our 9th floor apartment were not properly connected, which is extremely concerning. Although this was fixed after we raised it, it should have been in place before guests arrived.

The unit was also not cleaned to an acceptable standard. We found blood stains on the bedding, which is completely unacceptable. While the bedding was replaced, this should never have happened.

The manager suggested some issues were due to damage, but this was not the case. They were cleanliness and maintenance issues. We also noticed that furniture and carpets appear quite worn throughout the property. Had we known this beforehand, we would not have booked.

Overall, the accommodation did not meet basic expectations for safety or hygiene. We would not stay here again.

Pros:

The location is awesome, rooms are a good size, I did not check out the facilities so can't say much there. But it is close to everything and you're not left wanting for space or cramped up. It is very close to everything and the parking is super easy which is always a win. The bed was comfy enough too and I noted there were spare pillows which is great.

Cons:

The floor in the room was absolutely filthy, my toddler was running around and the bottom of his feet went black the floor was that dirty. The receptionist was also quite unfriendly, we felt like any ask (ie. to get the cot we paid for- not in the room when we arrived) was a massive inconvenience. Everyone has a bad day so maybe we caught her on an off one but it still tarnished the experience.
