Quartos grandes, acomodações boas, café da manhã maravilhoso! O rapaz que nos recepcionou pra check-in não foi muito receptivo. Mas no geral a estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é bem central, perto de tudo!

Bem localizado, atendimento excelente, setor de reservas muito eficiente em destaque a Jessica, muito atenciosa. O Café da manhã é ótimo e agora melhor localizado e o pessoal do café e da recepção, também atendem muito bem. parabéns !!!

Detalhes que deveriam fazer a diferença

O Hotel está em reforma, até ai tudo bem, com a reforma vem a bagunça mas depois vem melhoria.

O que ocorre é a má vontade dos recepcionistas em atender simples solicitações. Pedimos duas taças para tomar um vinho e disseram que seria impossível por que o bar não estava aberto, o bar estava atrás das mesas dos recepcionistas improvisadas no restaurante do hotel, era só levantar e pegar. Depois e muito reclamar arrumaram uma taça qualquer suja, para nos atender, no quarto o frigobar estava totalmente vazio e sujo, até um copo sujo tinha dentro dele, menos uma água sequer.
Entendo que a reforma causa transtorno nas rotinas, mas garantir o mínimo do conforto é necessário.
