Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, tolle Lage und die beste Hotel Ausstattung die man sich wünschen kann sogar mit kleiner Küchenfläche, Spüle, Töpfen, Wasserkocher,...

Cons:

Ein etwas seltsames, überkompliziertes Putzsystem mit Anmeldung und das Hinterlegen meiner Kreditkarte trotz bereits bezahltem Besuch haben das Erlebnis ein wenig getrübt.

Die Lage super, das Hotel und die Zimmer leider enttäuschend und das Geld nicht wert.
Pros:

Die Lage war super angenehm - sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider aus der Zeit gefallen. Der Geruch war unangenehm muffig und wurde wahrscheinlich durch die Gardinen im Raum gehalten. Es lagen Haare auf dem frisch bezogenen Bett und sowohl die Bettdecke, als auch das Bodenhandtuch hatte relativ große schwarze Flecken (*siehe Fotos).

Der Aufzug innerhalb des Hotels hat zwar funktioniert, sah jedoch von den Bedienelementen auf jeder Etage nicht vertrauenswürdig aus. (*Foto)

Kostenfreies WLAN war auch vorhanden. Schade war nur, dass dieses auf keinerlei Weise durch ein Passwort geschützt war. Somit war ich mir unsicher bezüglich der Sicherheit dieses WLANs.

Das Personal war extrem leise und bei Gesprächen kaum zu verstehen. Beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr freundlich, hatte jedoch offensichtlich nichts zu tun, sodass man sich die gesamte Zeit über beobachtet gefühlt hat.

Pros:

Frühstück wunderbar wie immer. Die Lage ist ideal. Das Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Kleine Küche im Zimmer ideal.

Cons:

Nur ein Stuhl am Schreibtisch. Keine 2. Sitzmöglichkeit. Bei bisherigen Aufenthalten gab es immer noch einen Sessel im Zimmer. Zu zweit ungut, wenn nur einer sitzen kann.

Not a great stay.

Cons:

The bedside cabinet was missing and you could see where it had been snapped of the wall. The lamp was resting up against the wall to keep it up. Reception said there is a bottle of water in the fridge for us. Unfortunately it was a previously opened bottle. This morning only 1 of us could shower as the drain was blocked. I've stayed at this hotel many times before and had no problems, this time it was really not acceptable. We normally stay for 2 nights, this time luckily it was only 1. I did raise the problems to the receptionist this morning who wasn't remotely interested.

Prettige en rustgevende verblijf van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor herhaling vatbaar, dat is zeker!
Pros:

Een prettige verblijf van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed bed, kleine keuken, grote badkamer, airco, te openen ramen en een grote garderobe kast. Heeft een eigen garage en op loopafstand naar de tram. Supermarkt en een bakker aan de overkant en een restaurant onder het hotel. Je bent met 4 haltes in het centrum van Düsseldorf en vanuit daar loop je zo de Japanse buurt in, leuk om te bezoeken.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

Gutes Hotel in einer schönen Lage, City fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Parken hat extra gekostet, und die Tiefgarage war sehr eng.

Sehr gute Unterkunft
Pros:

Für unsere Übernachtung ohne Frühstück eine hervorragende Entscheidung. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist sehr gut. Die Größe mehr als ausreichend. Die kleine Küche im Schtank prima. Die Fenster sind echte Lärmschutzfenster.
Preis-Leistungsverhätnis sehr gut.
