Estacionamiento limitado y sin oportunidad de reservarlo. No hay control en comportamiento de huéspedes, no pudimos dormir por el escándalo toda la noche.

En general muy bien
Pros:

Toda la experiencia en general me agradó, exceptuando por algunos pequeños detalles. Pero lo que sí adoré fue que me tocó en el mismo piso de la alberca.

Cons:

Cada vez que uno se bañaba el agua llegaba hasta la habitación, esto debido a que no tenía algo que detuviera el agua más que una cortina de baño. También creó que la habitación podría ser más funcional si se acomodará diferente con el fin de aprovechar al máximo toda la habitación.

El buen trato, generalmente el servicio al turismoben veracruz es pésimo, ahí fue el único lugar que nos trataron con respeto y amabilidad
Además esta muy bonito el hotel y tiene elevador

I felt it a bit overpriced compared to other hotels. Ok place for a short stay.
Pros:

Location is great. The view amazing, I got a view to the city, but the sunset from my balcony was great.

Cons:

Bed sheets are so thin.
There was empty water station at my floor. I checked upstairs and same thing.
Staff give you the AC remote and keys for the room. When you check out you have to return it. I went to get it. Later they asked me to bring down also the TV remote.
Wifi doesn’t work there. Not point having a TV in the room. Our room was dusty but that’s understandable since you get a big window and a balcony.
