Hotel limpio, habitación confortable, muy buena cama.
Personal amable y atento a las necesidades, todo lo que hemos solicitado lo han solucionado a los pocos minutos.
Buen desayuno, buffet super variado y personal que mantiene los espacios limpios sin invadir al huesped.
Excelente espacio de juego para los niños -con actividades desde los 4 años.
Servicio de Room Service con variedad de alternativas, incluso durante la madrugada.

Cons:

Podría mejorar la atención en el bar externo, demoraron mucho en el servicio.

A estadia foi muito aconchegante, quarto, banheiro e limpeza tudo ótimo!
Restaurante fantástico com muita opção de alimentos e oq também me surpreendeu, foi a quantidade de prestadores do hotel com atenção ao hóspede, essa é a segunda vez no hotel , e cada estadia me surpreendo com o atendimento e conforto da estadia
