Excellent hotel with amenities that allowed you to stay in all day.
Pros:

Very good breakfast, many choices. Attentative staff. Restaurant provided meals to order, freshly cooked.

Cons:

Great hotel, but beware of the "optional"10% service fee that is added at checkout
Pros:

1. The swimming pools were great, despite the weather during our stay not being typical Foz de Iguaçu weather. 2. The indoor pool with bar and hydromassages was just chef's kiss; 3. The breakfast and supper buffets were just awesome, with myriad options for all tastes; 4. Didn't end up using, but from what we could see the kids recreation seems awesome with plenty of options for all ages.

Cons:

1. Sauna facilities not working; 2. the gym is a bit too simple and barebones for a hotel of this caliber; 3. The most egregious, which left us with a bad taste in the mouth after an otherwise great stay... at checkout the hotel tried charging us a 10% "service fee" over the full stay rate, not just the restaurante activities... this is considered an abusive practice by PROCON and we had to actually ask to have it removed... never seem this before in a resort... even in the same city... Other guest we talked too didn't pay attention and had trouble later getting it refunded.

Boas instalações, ambiente agradável, quarto amplo.

Cons:

Para quem quer tranquilidade, pode não ser a melhor experiência pela presença de crianças e recreacionistas em todos os ambientes. Não ha lugares mais reservados para quem quer silêncio e tranquilidade. Tudo acontece junto em todos os lugares.

Muy buena atención, pero deben mejorar el servicio en la piscina
Pros:

Quiero comenzar destacando lo positivo de nuestra estadía durante el fin de semana en el Rafain Palace. Todo el personal fue sumamente amable y atento; además, casi todos hacían el esfuerzo de comunicarse con nosotras en español, algo que valoramos muchísimo.

El desayuno fue muy bueno, variado y completo. También nos permitieron permanecer dos horas adicionales en el hotel para aprovechar mejor el día y disfrutar de la piscina, un gesto muy considerado que agradecemos.

La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro de la ciudad, pero como fuimos en auto, esto no representó ningún inconveniente para nosotras.

Cons:

Como aspecto negativo, mientras estábamos en el área de la piscina pedimos unas papas fritas en varias ocasiones. Repetimos el pedido muchísimas veces y nos traían todo lo demás que solicitábamos, pero las papas nunca llegaron. Finalmente, nos quedamos sin comer. Antes de retirarnos fui hasta la recepción para verificar si al menos habían cargado el pedido a nuestra tarjeta de consumo, pero ni siquiera lo habían registrado. Fue una situación bastante incómoda y un punto que deberían mejorar en la atención del área de la piscina.

El mejor hotel de Foz
Pros:

Todo fue mejor de lo que pensamos. El hotel es hermoso, la atencion del personal fue increible y todos los servicios ofrecidos (alimentacion, piscinas, espacio para niños, servicio en habitacion) fueron excelentes.

Quarto aconchegante e espaçoso

Cons:

De uma forma geral, o hotel esta precisando um up grade, por exemplo as toalhas de banho rosto e piso , sabonetes e tacas de plástico surrados nao condizem com um Htl 5 estrelas. Muito pobres!!! no Café da manhã o omelete e a tapioca tem que ser feitos na hora e nao sao !!!!

Cons:

Cama dura horrível, ainda bem que foi uma noite somente. Piscina grande extremamente gelada sem aquecimento quebra gelo (isso q fazia 33 graus), café muito simples e um funcionário só fazendo a tapioca no café e uma fila enorme. Chuveiro molha toda a área do vaso sanitário, ar condicionado velho é barulhento.
