Pros:

property could do with a good clean in bathrooms as mould is growing between tiles and a good coat of paint inthe room i was staying the floor needed fixing as g grown every time you walked across

It was a bed, but beyond that I can’t really rate facilities.
Pros:

The location was really good. The housekeeping team were friendly and happy to help with anything (ie extra towels)

Cons:

No air conditioning in Room 43. Temperatures in the room reached 37 degrees. The sash window wouldn’t stay open on its own, so had to use a towel to keep the window wedged open! I also didn’t like that the front door was locked at 10pm, and a lack of a dedicated reception.

Booke a couple of nights for the Portuguese festival hotel was recommended for its location for the money we found it me

Nothing fancy but functional, for a conference centre it is lacking client care. Costly for that.
Pros:

Room large and clean.
Location suited me fine, parking available.

Cons:

Areas of room had tatty decor - laminate torn off door.
None of the USB points in the room appeared to work.
Restaurant / Bar - menu very unaspiring, food not very tasty, wine very rough.
Felt the client care was missing - a bit more smiles and "how is everything" needed particularly as it was branding itself as a conference facility as well as a hotel.
