I only stayed for one night, but the hotel met all my requirements. The room was satisfactory, clean, and comfortable for my stay. The restaurant was good, and breakfast was also enjoyable, with everything I needed. Parking was straightforward, and I had no issues finding a space or accessing the hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable overnight visit.
The lighting in the room was quite dim. There was also no hairdryer provided in the room, and it was unclear whether this was something that needed to be requested from reception. It would have been helpful to have this information available in the room.
I have paid a lot more money to stay at hotels where the accommodation were inferior to this hotel . I visit Peterborough 3 times a year I would not consider staying anywhere else . Fantastic value for money all round .

Good location to town centre and free parking on site.
Rooms 41,42 and 43 probably aren't best if you want a decent nights sleep as it is right on main road.
Internal door in corridor was very squeaky (needs WD40!). Other guests just let doors slam which wakes you up.
We thought rooms were cleaned daily but they are not. Requested a clean on a Tuesday which was done however, two glasses that were brought up from bar were not taken away. We requested another clean on the Thursday and was advised that rooms are cleaned every 4 days. Saturday came and room still hadn't been cleaned. Shower was full of mould.

some of the walls and things where a bit scuffed, definitely saw some holes that where filled, there’s no communication on what rooms have checked out as the cleaner kept trying to enter the room before it hit 10:30, other then that lovely stay!
