Not enough UHT milk which is always too watery in tea so one needs plenty ; no biscuits
At break fast milk was UHT instead of fresh and quality of instant coffee in sachets poor this was bad value for cost of breakfast. The sausage was poor quality for the cost..
Mushrooms tasted abit rancid and the scrambled egg had been overcooked and was rubbery and crispy in addition to this through being kept and cooked further in heated cabinet;the scrambled eggs should be slightly undercooked before going into the cabinet which would allow for further cooking in self service buffet containers and this would prevent overdone texture

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom. The floor tiles needed re grouting. The bath panel needs replacing. Generally the bathroom needs renovating/redecorating. However, that said, it was clean, as was the room overall.
Location is not bad
The location is convenient and not far from the town centre. However, the building is very old and poorly soundproofed, so noise from the next room can be heard very clearly, including conversation and movement. There was also significant noise and activity around 2 a.m., which made it very difficult to sleep.
The room was not well prepared. Although there was a kettle, there were no cups or tea bags provided. There were also no toiletries, only a single soap dispenser that did not work. No restaurant to even order coffee in the morning
Overall, the stay was disappointing because of the noise, lack of privacy, and poor room amenities.
Location , price and friendly staff
The room was not very clean , the bed sheets were dirty and the spoons had what look like chocolate on them , it all looked used ?
the staff were very nice and helpful
there was a group of what looked like buildings workers very loud and constantly shouting and swearing
a customer at breakfast on his phone with what seemed like a very personal call swearing and shouting
break fast was cold and potato crockets over cooked
