Pros:

Очень необычный отель недалеко от центра города. Интересная кровать - очень большая и стоит впритык к окну. Не всегда было удобно пользоваться единой системой управления в номере через айпад, иногда что-то вылетало, но это некритично. Неудобно, что кондиционер направлен прямо на кровать, приходилось выключать на ночь, становилось душно. Завтрак хороший, обычный европейский, классно, что он накрывается очень рано, я успела перед утренним рейсом поесть:)
Красивый интерьер и классные книги в лобби.

Cons:

Немного странно отнеслись к моей просьбе оплатить номер чуть позже, а не сразу при заселении, видимо, не доверяли мне, а мне нужно было всего лишь пересчитать наличные, я не хотела это делать при всех в лобби. Но в остальном сотрудники доброжелательные.

Странный душ/туалет - по сути это не отдельная комната, а просто огороженное внутри номера пространство. Но это не минус, а особенность.

Hotel de muita qualidade
Pros:

A equipe e a estrutura do hotel são excelentes! O atendimento é feito com qualidade e atenção e há muita disponibilidade para explicar aos hóspedes onde ficam os pontos turísticos e como se deslocar pela cidade. Eles oferecem inclusive um mapa para essa orientação. A limpeza também é feita com muito esmero e a equipe do café da manhã é muito bem preparada, pois os itens são variados e atendem aos paladares de hóspedes orientais e ocidentais com muito capricho! A localização é ótima, próxima de estação de metrô e monotrilho, minimercados, shopping e da rua de gastronomia noturna. O quarto onde fiquei era no andar mais alto e o achei bem silencioso, além de ter uma bonita vista para parte das Petronas Towers e da torre de televisão. Gostaria de agradecer a todos os funcionários e todas as funcionárias, mas deixo um agradecimento muito especial a uma delas, que fica na recepção e demonstrou uma postura muito acolhedora, solidária e gentil durante toda minha estada no hotel.

Pros:

We love staying at CitizenM and return every year when it is our last stop in Asia before flying back home to Europe. It is truly a gem, with super friendly staff, a great breakfast selection, and very comfortable rooms. The bed is especially cozy, making it the perfect place to rest before a long flight. The location is excellent as well, right in the heart of everything, with markets, malls, shops, beauty salons, and restaurants just around the corner. Even so, the hotel is in the midst of the happening it is surprisingly quiet and relaxing, which is why we always look forward to coming back.

I liked it!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and clean rooms. Everything you need in the room - hair dryer, shampoo and some extras. Very good location if you‘d like to stay in the center.

Don’t stay here as it is a select hotel with limited service
Pros:

Book this room for March 7-11 this Marriott Titanium rep. Rep misinformed me that there was breakfast included and when I showed up breakfast was not included. The front desk told me that this is a CitizenM Select hotel and nowhere on the website states that which is very deceiving. The front desk said they are working on fixing the breakfast situation for Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador members. Also there is no coffee provided in the room. This hotel provided limited service. Better off staying at JW Marriott as there is a lounge for afternoon tea and evening reception and also the all you can eat breakfast. Never have I stayed at a hotel that has limited service like this before. Requested a high floor and they gave me room 408 on the 4th floor. I will place this review on Marriott Website in a few days.
