Le personnel est au petits soins pour ses clients !
On a été tellement bien accueillis !
La chambre était superbe avec une tres belles vue et le lit carré permet de dormir dans tous les sens (c'est du génie!)
La chambre est technologique, tout se contrôle avec l'ipad ! C'est super pratique !
Hôtel tres qualitatif et a 2 pas d'un night market pour les petites et grandes faims !

Worth a stay if you value smart design, but bring earplugs and ask for extra bedding early
Pros:

We stayed here recently and came away with mixed feelings — genuinely impressed by the design, less so by a few of the basics.
The bed was seriously comfortable, and the room design is smart. Every inch is used well: the dustbin sits flush with the vanity, and the capsule bathroom is a neat solution for a compact space. Plugs are thoughtfully done too — 3-pin sockets with built-in USB, so no hunting for adapters. The smart room features were a nice touch and worked as they should.

Cons:

That said, a few things let it down. The pillows were far too soft for our liking, and the blanket was small — when we asked for an extra, we were told none were available because the hotel was at full capacity. The heating was hard to control, swinging between too hot and too cold, which may also have been down to how full the hotel was in the mornings and evenings. Towel quality was poor, with fibres shedding onto our hair and skin. Soundproofing is the biggest weak point: traffic from the road was clearly audible through the night.

Fijn en schoon verblijf in KL
Pros:

Ookal was de kamer aan de wat kleine kant, het bevatte alles wat we nodig hadden! De kamer is schoon, het bed lag heerlijk, en de locatie is dicht bij veel van de highlights van KL.

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje was dat je door de wc heen moest om bij de douche te komen.

CitizenM sempre una garanzia, si le stanze sono un po’ piccole ma per due notti vanno piu che bene, staff gentile come sempre nei loro alberghi, ambiente giovane e plus per questo la posizione molto centrale
