Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Good location.
Pros:

Comfortable room for 1 person. The rooms look and feel felt exactly the same as previous citizenM hotels that I have stayed at.

Cons:

The only place you could eat your own food in the large chill and relax area was on two tables right next to the lift.

Good location fantastic staff
Pros:

The property is very clean and the room is well designed and functional. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We accidentally left something in our room during an earlier stay a month ago and the staff found and kept it for us.

Cons:

Nothing. We would happily stay at another Citizen M location and hope that Marriott’s acquisition does not change what is unique about this hotel.

Definitely recommend it
Pros:

This was the most beautiful and best hotel we stayed in during our entire trip. Everything was amazing — the staff was kind, the room was nice and practical, the breakfast was delicious, and they even allowed us an early check-in. I definitely recommend it!

Pros:

Hotel decoration was superb. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. can come back again to this hotel. Hotel location was very good. Room was high tech.
