房間內平板操控太方便了 讚, 廣告文宣很有趣; 附近有百貨公司, 夜市, 便利商店等等非常熱鬧方便

ロビーやラウンジ、２Fの宿泊者利用スペースのインテリアデザインがセンス良く、開放感ある空間が快適でした。スマートホテルということで、タブレットで室温や照明の調整が出来るのが便利でした。照明はそれぞれスイッチでオンオフも出来るアナログ対応可能なので、デジタル苦手な人でもストレス無く使えると思います。

Cons:

部屋に窓があるものの、ブラインドを開けると吹き抜けスペース越しに他の部屋に面しているようでした。他の部屋から見られるのが嫌で、結局ブラインドを閉じっぱなしにせざるを得ず。部屋がコンパクトなので、窓の外が見えないと少し圧迫感がありました。

Localização excelente e boas comodidades.
Pros:

Localização muito próxima da zona mais agitada da cidade (algo que valorizo muito). Funcionários muito simpáticos e hotel muito bem decorado (partes comuns). Quarto simples, limpo e sossegado. Funcionou lindamente e voltava a repetir a estadia neste hotel.

Excelente estancia, moderna y muy bien atendida
Pros:

Me encantó este hotel, es perfecto para alguien que viaja solo. Los puntos destacables son:
1) Personal muy amable, me ayudaron en varias ocasiones. Sobretodo una chica que me ayudó a instalar la app para taxi y así moverme por la ciudad. Muy agradables y siempre atentos, felicitaciones!
2) Hotel muy moderno, claro hay hoteles con habitaciones más grandes pero con la modernidad de este muy pocos.
3) Muy buena insonorización, pese a estar en una calle muy transitada, no se escuchaba ruido, por lo que dormí muy bien.
4) Ubicación: uno puede en 15 minutos llegar al centro comercial Pavillon y además pasar por toda esa comida callejera de Kuala Lumpur, que es una de las atracciones de la ciudad. Y en Taxi uno se demora muy poco a gran parte de las atracciones de la ciudad. En la esquina hay una tienda de snacks con buenos precios y muy grande.

Fantastic value for staying in Bukit Bintang, close to KL's shopping and business districts.
Pros:

The room was perfectly sized for a city stay, as we we hardly in most of the time. Seasoned travelers to Asia may be used to bigger room sizes but this was efficiently spaced with most amenities in place. The room is very clean, the bed and bath linens very comfortable, and two bottles of water is re-stocked daily. The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful, and although the buffet breakfast of Asian and Western selections is smaller than the typical Asian hotel's, it was delicious and really, quality over quantity!

Cons:

The air-conditioning in my room was weak and never got cold. It would only get a bit cool at 5am (as I would wake up to pull the covers over -- earlier, I would be too hot if I slept under the covers!). Also, I'm surprised body lotion wasn't provided as shampoo-soap, toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds, shower cap are.

I had no issues with the iPad controls but I was traveling with uncles and aunts, and some of them had problems trying to figure it out.
