Sehr schöne Anlage mit wunderschönen Blumen. Das Coffeetasting (included) war super. Man bekommt morgens auf Wunsch Kaffee aufs Zimmer.

Cons:

Empfang an der Rezeption war unfreundlich, uns wurden erst falsche Preise genannt und wir mussten bis Punkt 15 Uhr warten, obwohl alle Zimmer leerstanden. Insgesamt ist alles zu teuer für die Leistung (Zimmer, Ausflüge, Restaurant,). Es gab auch fast keine anderen Gäste, schafe für das tolle Ambiente.

Beautiful and cozy hotel with top-notch customer service
Pros:

Everything was amazing -- they pay attention to every detail at this property. Panama tends to be lacking in customer service, but this hotel was top-notch. They go out of their way to make your stay so comfortable and cozy. I loved all of the little touches -- morning coffee, the outdoor fireplace, quick and easy communication, help with travel arrangements -- they even brought us heated water bottles one evening when it was chilly outside (by their standards). Restaurant was wonderful (though slow like everywhere in Panama - but that comes with the territory and we expected it). We took the coffee tour and loved it! The bathroom was updated and modern and so comfortable. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy. The property was absolutely beautiful.

Nothing! Everything was wonderful.

Une belle expérience dans cette plantation de café dans un cadre magnifique jardins très bien fleuris et cadre agréable
Restauration très correcte

Cons:

Le fait que nous soyons loin de tout avec difficulté à trouver un taxi facilement donc captif de l’hôtel
Les tarifs sont raisonnables sauf pour le bird watching qui est prohibitif (125 $par personne avec formule lunch incluse) mais nous regrettons pas car on a pu voir 2 quetzals en partant tôt

Beautiful place , rustic charm. Book bird tour in advance if it's your thing.

Beautiful property in an incredible setting. Out of time atmosphere. Relaxing place.

Cons:

We went there for birdwatching, and while we asked for a bird tour upon arrival for the next day, it was either full or not running that day. We were very disappointed.
The hotel is nice, but rather 2 stars on western standards. Some mold in the shower and NO HEATING in the rooms. When it's in the low 60F outside, it's more or less the same inside.
