Cons:

Not worth the price. It's incredibly small and the cleaning standard were not high enough. Generally clean, but you had the feeling that in was not cleaned deeply. cups for tea were clearly dirty.
It's not a proper hotel but really a tiny structure that should cost less for the services offered. No quality. I would go there again if I really needed something cheap. 70 euros per night would be the price I would pay (max) given the Paris market
