Cons:

Mi ha stupito il fatto che non ci fossero le ciabatte. In un primo momento mi è stato detto che erano a pagamento e nonostante lo stupore ho detto va bene. Ma in realtà non le avevano neanche a pagamento. Non c’era neanche la cuffia doccia.

Gutes Businesshotel in Bahnhofsnähe
Pros:

Ich war schon mehrfach zum Übernachten hier. Preisleistung passt dann für mich gut, da das Frühstück inklusive ist. Der Charme des Hotels führt in die 80-ger Jahre, das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Fussläufigkeit zum Bahnhof ist sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist gut für Spaziergänge an der Limmat oder dem Kurpark.

La propreté des chambres et l’emplacement au calme.

Cons:

Problème technique le matin, pas d’eau chaude. Mais une ristourne a été effectuée par l’hôtelier pour palier à cette situation.

Das erste Personal hat uns ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, nachdem das erste reklamiert wurde.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Frühstück war übersichtlich & am Wochenende nur bis 10 Uhr

Cons:

The breakfast was once great in this hotel, so I booked it again for my parents without reading the reviews. But it was all very unfortunate.
- The first day only one coffee machine worked the juice machine didn't.
- The dishes were partly not clean
- The eggs were cold
- The food was not impressive at all
No welcome feeling at all with the Service staff
On the last day no shower was possibe due to cold water.
As you see with the bad reviews and no replies to it, no one seems to care.
