MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Speiseangebot gut allerdings geschmacklich nicht wirklich toll. Zimmer(Appartment) sollte definitiv mal erneuert werden, Pools sind nicht beheizt, auch nicht im Kinderbereich. Insgesamt kam keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre auf, was beim All Inclusive Cluburlaub eigentlich wünschenswert wäre. Parken um‘s Hotel sehr erschwert, mussten oft 4-500m entfernt parken.

Absolutely worse check in experience I’ve ever known, receptionist was rude,unhelpful and swore twice at me, our room without our knowledge had been cancelled.worst experience of checking in a hotel in forty years of travelling.

Die Mahlzeiten werden in einem großen Saal eingenommen. Leider sehr laut, was fur ein Familienhotel aber normal ist. Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich, Kaffee leider sehr schlecht. Die Mahlzeiten waren allgemein sehr fettreich und mit reichlich Öl zubereitet. Man findet aber immer eine Alternative.

Das Gesamtpaket hat gestimmt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passte auch. Nur die Sauberkeit des Teller und dem Besteck war leider nicht angemessen. Dies stand auch in anderen Bewertungen und leider muss ich dem zustimmen. Die Pools am Restaurant sowie die Kinderpools waren morgens 10 uhr bei Eröffnung nicht gründlich gereinigt.

Ansonsten ist die sehr nah gelegene Bucht sehr schön und es gibt in unmittelbarer Umgebung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

For the price we paid this was a good stay. The apartment was clean and spacious, the animation team went above and beyond (not that we participated). The food was ok, I thought the restaurant was too small for the size of the resort, there wasn’t any personal service like I’ve had in All Inclusives before, it was very much a revolving door system, get into the chaos and eat and get out! Drinks were good. Overall I’d stay again if I got it as cheap as I did but I’m not sure I’d do the All Inclusive package.

We stayed at the MarSenses in August, so it was of course high season, and that did show. The hotel was at full occupancy throughout our stay, which led to some issues.

Most important thing to note is that there's NO CHILDCARE: the 'mini-club' is simply organised activities that take place at 11, 12, 2 and 3pm. Staff are friendly and great with the kids, but there's no signing in or out, so you'll need to stay around the area.

The pools are all fairly small with limited loungers, so there's little to no chance of getting a lounger until after late afternoon if you haven't reserved one before 10am. While there are supposed to be some areas reserved for quieter swimming, with no ball games, jumping, floats etc, in practice this doesn't happen so it can be tough to find space to just relax!

The kids' splash park is nice but the slides pool is also used for swimming, with kids often playing dangerous games of 'chicken' where the slides come out.

The dining setup is a bit dismal, with 10-15 minute queues at most mealtimes to get into the restaurant. The restaurant itself is very crowded, and food is average at best: not what I'd expect from a 4-star in Europe, even when it's an all-inclusive buffet.

In fairness, it's hard for any hotel to cope well with full occupancy, particularly post-COVID, but the above are the things that really stood out for us as letting the hotel down vs our expectations.

De accomodatie heeft een update gehad, maar toch waren er dingen kapot. Een nieuwe douche en een fris kit randje zou wel mogen. Eten was heel goed en afwisselend! Personeel heel vriendelijk! Leuke zwembaden en schoon. Genoeg ligbedjes. En natuurlijk cala ferera die aan het hotel ligt. Echt heel mooi!

This is not a 4* hotel. While the staff are friendly this review is based solely on the poor standard of accommodation and simply terrible quality food.

The room was tired, old and grubby. Ants everywhere in the apartment in the bedroom, bathroom and living area. Very large can of cockroach spray in one of the kitchen cupboards, never a good sign to be greeted with. Hairs on the blankets on the bed and around the loo. Sofa mattresses stained and tired. The only redeeming feature was the terrace, that was clean.

The food is of really poor quality. Like super poor quality. I get they are catering cheaply on mass but this really isn’t great. We ate out for the 2 nights we stayed (we arrived super late on the first night) the booking had been for 4 nights.

We ended up checking out a day early from this place because we couldn’t take another night of either the food or the room. Booking here was an expensive mistake.

So disappointed as we’d paid such a lot to get a transfer here for what we thought would be 4 days of 4* luxury and paid a fair amount to the hotel. The hotel is a 2* with 1* food.

Few ants but thats general problem at Mallorca, all in all great accomodation, slides for children and location. Good food and Nice friendly staff. Would recommend!

Die Zimmer waren top. Die ganze Anlage hat uns gut gefallen, es ist eine sehr grosse Anlage mit vielen Angeboten.

Staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable.

Bathroom needs attention as there is black on the tiles and the shower leaks under the door as the tiles are too high, there is also a smell of damp. Water also came through the front door when it rained.

Staff were all very nice. Only having one bar in the evening was not good.

Es el segundo año que venimos ya que nos gusto mucho y los niños están muy contentos. Destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad del socorrista David, la recepcionista Anael y los camareros Peter y Javi.

Best choice for one week holiday with family. Especially my both kids loved and enjoyed there.
