If you're coming to Zermatt for a ski vacation, I cannot recommend Hotel Antika enough.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable; felt warm and welcoming. The view from my room was stunning. The spa is wonderful, clean and overall lovely to have access to after a long day of skiing. I also appreciated the proximity of the ski bus stop (free bus that takes you to the ski lifts).

Cons:

There is nothing that I did not like.

Freundliches Personal , gute Auswahl beim Frühstück

keine Gästekarte zum nutzen der Seilbahnen, oder Bahnen. (keine Preisreduktion als Gast)
Beim einchecken wird sofort die Tourismussteuer verlangt. Kein Taxi abholdienst vom Bahnhof zum Hotel und zurück.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, das Zimmer grosszügig mit schönem Balkon und Matterhorn-Sicht, das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstücksbuffet für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend und fein.

Cons:

Alles tip top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Leider mussten wir wegen der schlechten Wetterprognosen einen Tag früher abreisen. Das Taxi stand sofort zur Verfügung.
