방은 아담하며 지내기에 나쁘지 얺았다.
Staff was extremely helpful with my additional stays.
They were very gracious with extending my reservation dates, with an early check-in. Front desk also called for my transport to airport. Enjoyed my 8 day stay there. Excellent location for tourist to Ulaanbaatar.
As an International hotel, the front desk is difficult to communicate in English. The shower holder is high not good for Asia. The tile below the shower glass door is accident prone as per photo. Inconvenient to supermarket or fast food restaurants
Very good. Spacious. Central and close to mall.
An outstanding experience! Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, thank you to the Chef and team. Special thanks to Budka Nyamka for the excellent service. The Front Desk staff made check-in smooth and even recommended wonderful local restaurants. The housekeeper provided clean rooms and daily service. Mongolian hospitality is truly remarkable indeed: kind, genuine, and heartwarming. My sincerest gratitude!
It is a nice property and justify the the Brand Ramada. We had stayed twice at start and end of our week long trip to Mongolia. The location is Central and close to malls and other tourist attractions
The rooms are well appointed with fresh linens, bath towels, Tea kettle, neat and clean bathrooms. House keeping is prompt in service.
Most of the staff speak good English, checkin and checkout was smooth.
The restaurant at top floor has fantastic views.
The buffet breakfast served at 5th floor restaurant had a nice spread.
The 2 elevators are little less and at breakfast time wait is bit long.
음식이 좋아요.
I have stayed there twice, at the beginning and end of a two week visit to Mongolia. It's a great location, near the central square. I asked for a room facing away from the street and it was quiet, clean, and the AC worked. The wifi was stable. The staff was professional. My only complaint is the building has only two smallish elevators and they were often crowded at peak times like breakfast, and so I would have to watch several stop, door open, and too full for me to jump on. Likewise, the dining room was very crowded and noisy at breakfast. Otherwise ok, and I would stay again.
Had a total of 3 short stays at the Wyndham and were very happy with the property. The location is central, with several malls and many decent restaurants close by, but perhaps its greatest asset is its rooftop bar/restaurant.
The lobby and corridors look rather dated, but the reception staff were very welcoming and efficient and were kind enough to upgrade us to Junior Suites. The room decor was a little dated, although they were spotlessly clean, with good beds and all the essentials (safebox, reasonably priced minibar, espresso coffee maker, kettle and TV with numerous international channel). The Japanese toilet was an appreciated touch.
The breakfast buffet was good, with the omelettes particularly well prepared. Perhaps the coffee could be improved a little, however.
We enjoyed the Edge, a rooftop bar and restaurant with stunning views across the city. This has 2 outdoor areas which were perfect for sunset drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with a good choice of mostly western food (huge portions).
For its location, kind and friendly staff and value for money, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Ramada.
The hotel is pretty good. It is connected to an older mall. Location-wise, it is not bad, as there are other malls surrounding it. My room was really clean. The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated, but it is in an older style. All necessity that you need in a hotel: a hairdryer, ironing board, and minibar. The bed was comfortable, with nice pillows and good housekeeping.
This hotel has a nice Korean restaurant with a upper-floor lounge. It also has a gym (which I didn't get to try), a spa with a sauna and steam room (which I didn't try, so I don't know the charges). I also liked the nice, simple lobby cafe. The downside is that the walls are somewhat thin. Neighboring guests who speak loudly can be heard, and at least one night there was a band that played until 10 p.m. Overall, for the price, its standards meet expectations. It could be improved with a style update or renovation.
The hotel room is clean and well maintained and the housekeeping service is also good. One evening when I returned to the hotel, for some reason there was cigarette smell in the room. I spoke to the front desk and one of the staff Miss Enny handled the situation very well. There are shopping malls just next to the hotel and the restaurant serve pretty good Korean food and the staff are courteous and helpful.
Tourist hotel popular with Koreans.
深夜到着で翌朝早い出発なので滞在時間が短かったので、詳細は不明です。少なくとも私たちは何の不満もありませんでした。
Downtown. Not for beginners
Very old-style hotel, doesn't worth the cost at all.
The AC did not work so staff helped us change rooms. The hot water was Luke warm the first night. Staff was great though
Nice property, well situated in Ulaambaatar, Mongolia.
Located next to a shopping mall, surrounded by short walk to many more.
The traffic on the main street is loud, but horn honking here is considered a requirement.
The staff almost all speak very good english.
Good service, great shower, and very clean.
The restaurant on the 5th floor is wonderful !!
It was great.
