Charlestown Executive Apartments

Really spacious place to
Stay. Lovejy area and easy to access.

Very easy, nice apartment, large cars most likely won't fit in the garage, have to park on the street.

If you have an issue with stairs avoid this property. After using the lift from the car park to level1, if you are allocated rooms 18,19 or 20, you will face a haul of 24 stairs to climb to get to your room.
While the executive apartment offers a generous sized lounge Kitchenette ect, the overall condition was showing signs of wear. The room could do with a refresh.

This is without doubt the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in!

Spacious apartments that were spotlessly clean.
Great hot water, heating and cooling.
Mattresses were not the most comfortable, but were ok.
Plenty of extra blankets.
Fully equipped kitchen.
We had a couple of minor issues (which were no fault of the apartment's owners/managers) and the staff were very responsive and so helpful.
Apartments are easy to get to. Walking distance to Charlestown Square and has a park across the road.
Secure parking.
We will definitely stay again, and will recommend to friends/family.

Perfect location for a family stay in Newcastle. The Charlestown Square shopping mall is very close to it.

There was no towels in the room at all. And the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. But it was a a fantastic room otherwise. We will definitely stay again.

Extremely easy check in process / fantastic room / only suggestion is PLEASE clean the aircon unit

Unfortunately we could banging of some sort from the unit above. It was annoying while trying to sleep

The space was good space but the layout was more challenging than I expected. The entry was via the garage. This is fine but the communication from the apartments was not great. They did not answer my emails with information to check in so I called them which meant I did not have all of the details. I requested later checkout but they never responded. When I arrived as I was not clear on all the detail I punched the code in to park in the garage which is a very tight spot and ended up in my neighbours garage as it was open and I did not realise I needed to get out of the car to put the code in again to get into my garage. This meant I was in the wrong apartment which was a comedy of errors but luckily no harm done as he was not home. Anyway all in all it was a nice spot just not great with heavy luggage and lots of stairs.

very good unit for an overnight stay or two with well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Very close (walkable) to shopping and dining options at Charlestown Square.
The only downside was that the unit was very compact with little room for storing luggage or food in the kitchenette area.

Safe and secure. Good facilities.

2nd stay. Excellent communication, studio apartment was perfect for our needs. Lovely patio with well maintained garden. Clean, very comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Great spot to stay, unit was a good size for a family of 4, it was clean and tidy.

Place was nice and big, however our daughter found an empty bottle of wine and glass in a cupboard. One of the bathrooms smelt like cigarettes and if you are not going to have access into a balcony due assessment for structural reasons, this should be advised on booking.

Great apartment with everything you need. Only thing for me was the beds were a bit hard. Otherwise it was perfect

Accommodation was great. Only problem was finding the place as the Street is split by a park and the Navman didn't pick up the property was on the other side of the park. Otherwise the property was fine and met all our needs.
