Loved the accessible shower and the room was real nice.

Cons:

I was texted, called and emailed starting at 1:05 am -2am about how was my stay! I really did not appreciate the sleep interruption! Please pick a more appropriate time to make these inquiries.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for what I needed. They only downfall was the refrigerator was barely cold, even after turning it to the highest setting.

Poor communication & unimpressive breakfast.

Cons:

Our bedside table had coffee stains when we checked in. Our coffee station was not well stocked. The hotel gave us one night notice that the hot tub was unavailable on Jan 20th. This was scheduled resurfacing that SHOULD have been relayed to us before our stay began. I needed the hot tub after skiing. I would've changed hotels had I known the hot tub would not be available. The breakfast was unimpressive.

The staff was outstanding, the room wonderful, the facilities spotless.

Cons:

The bed was too hard & could use a pillow top topper. Pillows could be fluffier, or maybe add two extra pillows. It made me wish I had brought along our Purple pillows!!!

the room was very comfortable and versatile. the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. the greeting on the TV is a nice touch, really made me feel welcomed
