Disappointed

First room, the lighting was so dim and the condition of the room was poor. We were moved to another room the next day. It was better, but the toilet would hardly flush. The lady at the desk was so rude when we asked to move rooms. She acted like we had no right to ask for another room. We have stayed there the last 4 years, but we will not stay there again.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The sheets in our room were not clean, and the mattress was extremely worn out and uncomfortable. We brought these issues to the staff’s attention, but no effort was made to correct or resolve them.

Because of the poor conditions, we decided to check out early even though we still had two days remaining on our reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer any adjustment, refund, or accommodation for the unused nights despite the unresolved issues.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service made this a very frustrating experience, and I would not stay here again.

It was not clean, the floor was filthy, the room was dusty and smelly. I take Fabreeze everywhere so that helped with the smell.
The bed was ok.
The outside looks good.
Swimming pool area was nice.
I think they put us in the oldest building and room .
The building by the pool looked nicer and had rocking chairs on the porch to sit in.
We didn’t even have a porch!
If you decide to stay be sure to check the new bldg out not the rooms that are connected to the office !

A wonderful place to stay
Pros:

We loved everything about the place and the staff was very nice

The only thing we didn't like was the traffic noise out side but that is not anything again the place we stayed at

A cozy, memorable birthday getaway in the perfect location that our family will never forget.
Pros:

We came up to celebrate our son Timber’s birthday and had to stay at Timbers Lodge because of the name. Safe to say it did not disappoint.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The room was gorgeous, cozy, and very comfortable. Clean sheets, comfy beds, ice cold A/C, great TVs, and the cutest loft setup with such a cozy cabin feel.

My daughter was obsessed with the ice machine and the rocking chairs on the balcony were the perfect spot to relax and take in the view. We also loved the creek area behind the lodge for winding down after being out all day. Seeing the Ferris wheel from the balcony at night was such a fun touch.

The elevator worked great and my son absolutely loved using it.

Overall, this was a wonderful stay. Our kids are going to talk about this trip for years and we will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Everyone wants to come back again, very soon!
Pros:

Very friendly staff upon arrival and departure. Check in and out was very easy. We needed 3 rooms as we are a Girl Scout troop. They made it possible to put all of the rooms right by each other like I had requested. Everything worked out wonderfully!
Full size fridge and 2 bathrooms in the rooms were a huge plus!

Shampoo and other supplies were completely out. They use the big bottles in the shower.
