Really lovely friendly hotel
Nothing
Room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and informative. Lovely breakfast.
WiFi in my room was patchy, however I was at the top of the building
Great facilities and wooded area to take the dog for a little walk around. He was also able to join me for dinner and breakfast in a separate dining area.
Nothing
A lovely hotel and stay over. The team couldn't do enough for you from arrival, check-in and being served the lovely food.
Attention from the staff was first class, always polite and courteous. The breakfast and the service was just a fabulous with a great choice of menu.
Thank you to the manager who checked me in and checked me out. This lady was so welcoming and seemed to be present all over the hotel making sure the guests were happy.
Will be staying here again next year when Crufts is back on.
An amazing hotel and unreservedly recommend.
Lovely staff, helpful and friendly, rooms are quirky but well appointed, location is perfect for NEC. Very dog friendly hotel
My room was under a staircase which meant my dog barked a bit at the noises but wasn’t an major issue
Near airport, nice personnel
Carpet dirty, rooms shabby, sink blocked , shower low pressure and either cold or boiling, thin walls
Facilities were very good.. staff very polite and helpful.
Impressed by the style and elaborate decoration
Déjeuner anglais très bon, préparé sur place, divers proposition à choix.
Calme
Great service as always. Staff always very polite. Lovely meal in the evening. Breatfast great.
Room size. Comfy bed. Good food (stayed there for function with70 or 80 others)
Room 19 was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen fans started up at 7.30 a.m. waking me up. They were still audible, but less noticeable with the windows closed.
Shower didn't get warm either in the evening, or the following morning, so we were unable to shower.
We were visiting the NEC and the Hotel location was ideal. Staff provided a good welcome throughout our stay and dinner was of a good standard.
One room was in the extension and there was a bit of road noise but the second room was garden facing and was very quite.
