Lovely quaint hotel. Staff very helpful. Beautiful gardens. Had room service in the evening as I had the dogs with me & although it was a long wait, the food arrived piping hot.
The shower didn't work properly. A cold shower at 5am is no fun!
Welcoming and accommodating staff. Well kept building. Generous breakfast. Easy parking. Close to where I was visiting but also quiet.
Sink plug didn't seem to work (couldn't be raised up) and sink was very slow to drain even with plug removed. Would've liked breakfast to be earlier. Bed too short for my height. Room was very warm when I arrived. Wi-fi was spotty.
It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. Breakfast & staff were exceptional.
Even though the radiator was on - it was still a bit chilly in my room & the fan heater & replacement didn’t work. I didn’t like that the toilet had no door.

Great facilities and wooded area to take the dog for a little walk around. He was also able to join me for dinner and breakfast in a separate dining area.

A lovely hotel and stay over. The team couldn't do enough for you from arrival, check-in and being served the lovely food.
Attention from the staff was first class, always polite and courteous. The breakfast and the service was just a fabulous with a great choice of menu.
Thank you to the manager who checked me in and checked me out. This lady was so welcoming and seemed to be present all over the hotel making sure the guests were happy.
Will be staying here again next year when Crufts is back on.
