Sehr zentral zum Hafen gelegen. Ideal für eine Nacht vor der Kreuzfahrt

Great location at low cost
Pros:

Horizonte hotel has a great location within Santa Cruz. Perfect if you like quiet neighbourhoods but still accessible a few minutes walk to the main shopping Castillo street, marina, restaurants and cafes. Staff both at the reception and housekeeping very friendly and helpful. I loved how quiet it was although the hotel was fully booked.

Cons:

The WiFi is very unreliable and poor in the main floors but works great in the lobby. Cleanliness in my room was good but the public areas lack of it, especially the stairs.

Staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Family run hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. Minibar and hairdryer
No restaurant but there was tea and coffee in the foyer and 24 hour reception. Quiet location but close to bars restaurants and shops. Only stayed 1 night before a cruise. Port close but needed a taxi with our heavy suitcase.
Late noon checkout and kept our luggage whilst we went for lunch.
