Heel vriendelijk personeel! We werden steeds met de glimlach verder geholpen. Het ontbijt was in orde, geen super uitgebreid ontbijt maar het had wel alles wat je nodig had.
Op zich viel er niet echt iets tegen. Maar je hoort wel praktisch alles, zeer dunne muurtjes.
Very quite location and accessible location. 10min walk to center. Family room was great as the kids didn't need to sleep sofa! The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was also delicious with fresh bread and croissants.
Parking around the hotel is a bit tricky. The shower head is only raining from the ceiling and floors were a bit slippery.

Personnel revêche - chambre ridiculement petite ! Lave main à la place du lavabo - douche minimale - propreté peut vraiment mieux faire - moquette fatiguée - beaucoup d assiettes petit dej ébréchée !!!
Vacarme incessant de vaisselle et de couverts durant le petit dej - une personne s affaire avec grande agitation à desservir les tables et remettre des piles de vaisselle propre avec grand fracas !

Good location near to a bus stop for buses from and to the railway station. Comfortable bed.
The very comfortable king size bed took up almost all of the room, leaving very little room to manouevre around it.
Een gunstige locatie om lopend alles te bezoeken in Brugge.
De kamer was erg gehorig. De mensen (kinderen) een verdieping boven ons kon je duidelijk horen lopen, roepen en huilen en wel laat op de avond.

Le tapis plain dans les chambres et dans les couloirs. Cela n’est pas hygiénique du tout. Pour moi cela ne valait pas un 3 étoiles.

Le personnel a la réception est très professionnel et de très bons conseils.
L’emplacement est bien sans plus.
Le stationnement pose un sérieux problème, même pour déposer les valises dans la chambre, il faut prendre un ticket de stationnement, même 0,2€ soit mais ce n’est pas très correct.
Le petit déjeuner, omelette, lard frit, charcuterie… bref si nous ne mangeons pas de porc ou d’omelette, il ne reste que du beurre et des gèles en guise de confiture, impossible d’avoir des œufs à la coque ou sur le plat.
Le responsable du petit déjeuner, vous retire l’assiette sous le nez et débarrasse la table alors que vous buvez encore votre café ou chocolat, insupportable !!!…
La douche est dans un état minable, il serait grand temps de rénover rapidement. Le rideau de douche est d’un âge révolu et très désagréable.
It was within walking distance to everything. It as like a home away from home.
For some reason on one occasion there was no hot water in the room. But it was only for a couple of hours so it was no problem. Also it would be good to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
El desayuno muy completo y la atencion del personal.
La habitacion es lo minimo mecesario, no tenia frigobar por ejemplo.
