Poor service, but shower was ok and a decent breakfast

Shower was good and decent breakfast

Cons:

Service was shoddy, and worse, indifferent, don't mind mistakes if they are put right! . e.g. we were a couple staying for 3 nights in a double room, and there were 2 clothes hangers. To make matters worse, requested some more, young lad on front desk looked a bit flustered, said he'd sort it out and and nothing happened. Shower toiletteries were not replaced at all during our stay. At one stage we asked for another toilet roll- again, young lad looked confused, said he'd sort it, nothing happened. Other stuff too, but we'd given up bothering to ask by then as it was clear nothing would be done. Room was smaller than expected- couldn't open bathroom door without hitting bed, couldn't open wardrobe without hitting window sill. Oh, and bacon and eggs does not constitute an Irish breakfast, as advertised on the website?!!? Tea making facilities advertised but only 2 paper cups available for a 3 night stay and not replaced at any stage ??? I could go on.....

Gentilezza dello staff

Cons:

Stanza con un letto che occupava tutto quindi nessuno spazio per le valigie. Finestra che non si chiudeva, ventilatore indispensabile visto che mancava aria condizionata ma molto rumoroso. Un sacco di zanzare ma questa non è colpa dell'hotel. Garage molto caro (28€)

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de jobstudent. Gaf heel goede uitleg over de bezienswaardigheden

Cons:

Met de hoge temperaturen was het op de kamer zeer warm. Een werkende ventilator was leuk geweest

Het verblijf was oke maar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is erg laag.

De locatie is top. Dichtbij het centrum.

Cons:

Overal aan de muren hangen dode muggen. Verder is het geluid wat je hoor aan mensen op de gang en kamers boven je gewoon niet normaal. Je hoort echt ALLES. Wij hadden denk ik een stel olifanten boven ons want om 07:00 begon het gestamp en dat hield soms niet op tot 02:00.
