Pros:

Location was good, clean tidy and friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Booked for a party of 10 with the assumption that they do full English/Irish breakfast as its says on the Bookings.com website.
Unfortunately smoked streaky bacon and scrambled egg doesn't constitute an English breakfast. So there was some disappointment in our group.

The hotel is located in the beautiful city of Bruges. When we arrived at the hotel we were enchanted by the beautiful building. However we couldn't sleep all night because you can hear every single step of the people who live above you.

The breakfast was quite good and we liked it, but that was all :(

When we left, we left our passports in the safe. We only found out at the airport and after calling the hotel we were assured that if they found them, they would send them to us by post.

After 3 days, we had to contact the hotel again to see if they had found them and we were told that they had found them but would only send them to us after they sent us a link to the payment, which we of course agreed to.

For the next 3 days we did not receive any message except for the message that contained only 1 dot.

We then contacted the hotel again, and they told us again that they would send us an email, but to this day they have not sent us anything.

We were aware of the mistake that we had forgotten our passports there. And we were willing to pay for the postage, but for more than 3 weeks no one from the hotel was willing to send any message.

Bruges is a beautiful city but we recommend to all of you, if you don't want to spoil your trip in this beautiful hotel, please avoid this hotel.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est pratique, proche du centre-ville, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. Tout s’est bien passé pendant notre séjour. Nous recommandons.
