Muito aconchegante. Apesar de não estar no centro, fica muito perto e a caminhada é agradável.

The location was good. Only 10-12 mins away from the centre.
Bed was comfortable. We did manage to get good sleep. We also appreciated the turn down service provided on daily basis.
Staff serving breakfast were good and quite polite.
The room was REALLY small. Hardly any circulation with no air conditioning in the room. The window was there but we couldn’t leave it open as it gave easy access to anyone with the back staircase access.
Bathroom was dingy and small. The bathtub was cracked and sealed up using some glue.
I could hardly sit on the toilet. There was no room for my legs. I’m a tall lad but this was disappointing. When I raised a concern, I was told we booked a budget room so there was nothing they could do. Not even an apology!
The description on booking.com says, they have TV with Netflix option. That’s lie and complete marketing trick. We couldn’t even connect our phone with the TV. It’s not a smart TV. Again, when we asked, they didn’t offer any apology. Just shrugged us off.
Not hot breakfast options apart from scrambled eggs and bacon. We are vegetarian and used to having hot breakfast so we had to rely on toast yogurt.
Ми подорожували машиною, і зупинялись в 5 отелях різних країн. На жаль Hotel Jacobs займає останнє місце. В номері немає холодильника, кондиціонера… була жара ми приїхали пізно , в номері не було навіть води, коли запитали на рецепції холодну воду вона сказала 5 євро!!! Ми були здивовані. Тоді вона каже чоловіку а ти отак краник покрути))), ок я розумію воду можна пити з крана , у нас в Данії також але де б ми не зупинялись у всих отелях була бутильвана вода , або холодна в холодильнику мінеральна і проста… Коли вибирала отель орієнтувалась на парковку .. її теж як такої немає, це просто місце під готелем які були зайняті і треба було самим шукати. На ніч змушені відкривати вікна , через це в номері були комарі)). Так були відлякувачі але не сильно допомогли. Це був не найдешевший варіант із запропонованих на букінг але найгірший.

We really liked the location of the hotel. I would especially like to highlight the staff — Johan was very kind, helpful, and attentive to us. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and left us with very pleasant impressions of the hotel.
One thing to mention is that we visited during an unusual heatwave, with temperatures close to 40°C. As the hotel does not have air conditioning, the fan in the room was not enough during such extreme weather.
Un énorme lit m'attendais quelle plaisir, grand écran super. Petit déjeuner super bon. Personnel au top sauf l'étudiante mais elle doit apprendre.
