Enjoy Santiago - Hotel del Valle

Eu amei o spa completo com saunas, piscinas e jacuzis. Lugar maravilhoso pra acordar com uma linda vista pras montanhas.

Overall it looks and is relatively modern, rooms are noisy and are lacking maintenance.

Beautiful Scenery, Wonderful Landscape

Our initial greeting was nonexistent. We arrived late at night and the front desk lady was apparently doing something with the man at the desk. But there was no recognition of our presence. Neither one was talking and the man was looking at his phone. This went on for 5” when my husband said, “we are here to check in,” The lady told him she would get to us after she finished working with her colleague. Still, no greeting. Another 7” went by, and eventually she gave him some papers and he left. Only then did she say “good evening can I help you?” No apology nor thank you for waiting, and obviously no smile. We checked in finally, but we will not be coming back. Also, the valet man refused to park our van.

Hotel muito bom, pena que a manutenção esta meio precária. mas o local eh muito lindo.

Excelente hotel. La única crítica es a el desayuno lo sirven después de las 8:30. Teníamos que irnos antes y nos armaron un box para llevar pero muy escaso. Tendrían que servir el desayuno antes como en la mayoría de los hoteles.

Senti constrangida na saída do café da manhã HOJE. Uma moça de azul estava na saída e eu estava com UM SUSPIRO NA MÃO ( pois meus filhos queriam sair do restaurante) e peguei um para provar enquanto saia ! Ela fez eu jogar no lixo! Isso na frente da minha família e de outros hóspedes! Bem desnecessário! Vou ver como resolver essa situação quando chegar no Brasil ! Em geral os colaboradores grosseiros

Perfeito hotel

La infraestructura es muy buena. La atención, principalmente en recepción, deja mucho espacio para la mejora. Los botones tienen mejor predisposición que algunas personas de recepción.

Expedia me cobro diciendo q los impuestos estaban incluidos sin embargo tuve que pagar 27 dolar mas por impuesto chileno IVA

Was amazing viewing but the pools area was under construction really bad only the hot top working but the guest only can be there for 15 minutes.
What a bummer I understand that the pool crack and they need to fixed but seriously close the outside areas then we have access to the tinajas hot tub but the noise the dust was awful.

The place was dirty. Found rubbish inside and outside the pool. Dirty glasses everywhere. Some rude workers. Won't come back. It's not worth it

The parking is limited at the hotel. The air conditioning did not cool the room to a comfortable temperature.

The room is really nice looking despite the rust stain on the mirror that looked like blood and it kinda freaked us out. The shower head holder was also broken. The view from the balcony and the outdoor hot tubs is definitely the best part of the hotel. The hot tubs weren’t even hot. The food tasted absolutely horrible at every restaurant and the service from the staff was just ok, and only 2 or 3 of them spoke English. There was no availability for massages when we were there even though the hotel didn’t seem that busy. I would definitely not stay here again.

Tuve que exigir mis beneficios vip access y fue muy incómodo porque parecía que me estaban haciendo un favor. No solo no me dieron ascenso de habitación si no que me dieron la peor, al lado del ascensor y con ruido infernal durante toda la noche de la gente pasando al casino. Además tuve que pedir 3 veces el espumante porque no lo tenían considerado. La verdad es que de VIP acces, nada.

When arriving to the hotel we had to wait for an hour in a line in front of the hotel to do our check-in. The service was very unfriendly and I wanted to pay with debit card but apparently that was impossible for them. We ended up paying with the Chilean credit card of my boyfriend, including taxes we should not have to pay since I'm not a Chilean resident and I made the booking. In our room was a beautiful bathtub that we couldn't use because the plug was missing. We called the servicedesk to ask them to bring the plug, but they never did. Also we had a sofa in our room which was full of white stains, clearly not cleaned. Then there was the breakfast, which was a disaster. They didn't have enough tables. When we got a table we had to wait 40 minutes for somebody to give us a drink. I was expecting a breakfast buffet, but probably due to COVID-19 it changed (at least that's understandable). We received tasteless scrambled eggs and avocado in tiny portions, we couldn't choose the flavour of yoghurt or the kind of breads. Also, we received only one juice and coffee. Nobody came to give us a refill and no option for cappuccino or whatsoever. All in all we had a terrible experience that wasn't even worth 2 stars. With exception of the room, everything was disappointing.
