I had an absolutely magical stay at HARRIS Hotel Batam! As a solo traveler, I was initially expecting a quiet trip, but the team here made my stay so bright, colorful, and exciting!
A huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Trestha and Aprilio. They truly went above and beyond by surprising me in my room with a lovely cake and even featured my photo on the TV screen! It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that completely made my day.
Another highlight of my stay was the iconic HARRIS Move dance during breakfast. It was super energetic and fun—it kept me entertained and made breakfast as a solo traveler far from boring!
The warmth and hospitality from Trestha, Aprilio, and the whole team were exceptional. I highly recommend HARRIS Hotel Batam to anyone, especially solo travelers. I’ll definitely be back!

Location very close to shopping and transportation, even when I need medical attention, they have a courtesy car to bring to the closest modern hospital.

Staff is very friendly, which is good. Location is convenient because it is just next to Batam Center ferry terminal.
I paid SGD120 per room per night. I really don't think the quality of the room justify the price. The room is old, pillows are not comfortable, toilet looks old and toilet sewage smells. Overall it doesn't feel like 4-star hotel quality for sure. Price range around SGD~80 per room makes more sense considering the quality.

Comfortable room with an extra sofa, wing chair, and leather daybed. Seaview also exceptional! Definitely love it!
The glass door in the shower area cannot be fully closed, and the shower head is quite difficult to adjust.
Very comfortable & great stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Able to check in early with the help of jojo & Trestha helped alot with calming down,entertaining and playing with my two kids. Keep up the good work Jojo & Trestha!
