Pros:

Very convenient. 2 to 3 mins walk from batam center to Harris hotel. Very welcoming environment.

Rooms are indeed clean. Necessities are provided. If you require service, they are promptly available. The room cleaners are also very polite and nice. One thing I love most is that they changed all the bedsheets, pillow cases etc daily!

The pricing for 3 rooms for 4 nights at only approximately SGD $890 is value for money.

Rooms are very quiet. But no noise block if other rooms are noisy.

Pleasant experience for the family

Triesta was very nice to have let us check out at 1pm for both rooms.
Location was epic jus beside the terminal. Opposite is a great mall was lots of things

Pros:

There was a delay at the ferry immigration and one of the staff Alvano stayed at the waiting area for almost 2 hours chit chatting with me while waiting for my girlfriend. Checking in and out was a brief, the room was decent and the breakfast buffet spread was good. Definitely come again thank you Alvano!

The best hotel in da town
Pros:

The service is top-notch, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious, and the views of the sea or downtown Batam are beautiful. I booked twice for business and solo trips. The second time I booked, I used a voucher that had to be sent from Pekanbaru. But the receptionist only needed proof of delivery 😊 Belldoor was also very helpful. He tied my luggage to the motorbike I rented to tour Batam and Bintan. The location is also close to the city center. Nearby facilities include the Raja Ali Haji Museum, the international ferry crossing, the Grand Mosque of Batam, and others. Hopefully I can stay here again

Excellent 👌
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Harris for 2 nights with my family. All the staff from every core department were very good and helpful. The morning breakfast was excellent — I really enjoyed the entire spread.
