A good and pleasant short break
Pros:

The location - next to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and next to Mega Mall Batam Centre
Very comfortable beds and mattresses
Good water pressure
Small gym but sufficient
Very warm and friendly staff (professional too)
Will stay at the hotel again

Goed voor locatie maar zeker geen 4 star hotel

De locatie en ontbijt is goed.

Cons:

Enorm veel lawaai in dit hotel.We hadden eerst een kamer op de 6de verdieping, het straat lawaai was enorm. De beglazing is enkel glas en je hoorde alles. De tweede nacht hadden we een kamer aan de andere zijde maar dat was niet veel beter. De airco en ventilatie is alsof er een motor draaid in de kamer. De kraan van de wasbak kon je niet deftig dicht draaien. Er bleef maar water lopen. Alsook de support van de douce kraan was compleet los. Veel vuil in hoeken badkamer.

Pros:

House keeping must check room door is tightly shut after clean up room. When I came back in the evening, my room door was not close tight.

I like the water cool available along the corridor.

Cons:

Toilet needs to be upgraded doors looks old and some corners damaged. At first look it does not give a high good feel.
