Pros:

We were given a family suite with a tiny bathroom but fortunately the staff were very kind to upgrade our room with a bigger bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic: lots of choice, the food was fresh and tasty. We also appreciated a lot the bonus for a free foot massage and cocktail.

Cons:

We'd have appreciated if the staff were less "official" and more friendly and hospitable to give us some advice and explain what to visit in the city.

Wonderful family stay.
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to many places to visit. Great breakfast and very spacious rooms with a nice view. We received a lot of Vouchers (meal in the restaurant, foot massage, evening drink and wedges).

Cons:

Pool and gym could be bigger.
