Hôtel agréable mais décevant.
Pros:

Emplacement pratique. Accès au centre ville à pied sans problème.
Nous avions un repas offert et un massage de pied par adulte.
Personnel très gentils, serviables, présents.
Établissement très propre.
Salle de petit déjeuner et de dîner très agréables.
Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié.
Le repas offert était délicieux et copieux.

Cons:

Nous avions deux chambres. Celle de nos 3 filles= RAS. Par contre la nôtre était très décevante.
Il y avait noté qu’on avait vu sur cour. En fait il y avait une petite fenêtre qui donnait sur un minuscule puit où aucune lumière du jour ne passait et aucune vu sur cour. Depuis ce puit on entendait tous les blocs extérieur des climatiseurs. Chambre très bruyante. On avait l’impression de dormir près d’un métro. De plus, on entendait un peu trop les voisins . Impossible de bien dormir dans cette chambre (grotte) sans bouchon d’oreilles.
Piscine un peu décevante également. Les photos du site sont très très jolies , mais en vrai ça ne l’est pas autant. Peu de transat juste à côté de la piscine (6). Difficile de surveiller nos affaires si on est sur la terrasse supérieure. Eau plutôt froide.

Location was great.

Cons:

Hotel was wery outdated. The air conditioner made a terrible noise, shower in the bathroom was directed straight, the water splashed into the sink, you couldn't wash your head under it, the beds were uncomfortable, the switches and toilet didn't work properly.
The sun beds on the roof were so close together that it was impossible to get on them. The roof bar, where you could make cocktails in the evening, was only open until 10 pm.

Pros:

We liked that the hotel was quite close to the city center. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and also spoke English fluently. The breakfast was tasty. The room was spacious enough. The noise from outside did not carry much into the room.

Cons:

The hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel — more like a 2++ at best. The hotel looks tired and in need of renovation. The rooftop pool area is very small, looks worn out, and needs refurbishment. The pool area and rooftop bar close very early. The walls were thin and you could hear noise through them. The bed was creaky, hard, and quite uncomfortable. The shower had only either ice-cold or boiling hot water.

Pros:

Incredible rooftop with jaccuzi and sauna. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Location is amazing, close to the market. The staff also helped us with arranging transport.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't so good compared to other hotels we stayed.

Enjoyed the staff they were all amazing. Hotel room in need of renovation.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and very hard working.

Cons:

Room needed some attention, quite dated, very small and although it was a window room it didn’t look out to anything as there was a parallel wall about 400mm away which went very high, with a dank, dark alley between. We had to keep blind shut which made the room very claustrophobic.

Top Adresse für gepflegtes und preiswertes Sightseeing.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach innen, ohne Fenster. Das war etwas ungewohnt, hat am Ende für unseren Trip gereicht. Das Zimmer war sauber, housekeeping war auf Zack, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Es gibt eine Rooftopbar und einen Pool. Die Lage ist klasse. Mittendrin, wir haben alles zu Fuß erkundet. Über booking hatten wir ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gegen Aufpreis kann man in die Kategorie mit Außenfenster. Die Zimmer haben wir nur gesehen, nicht selbst bewohnt: Geräumig, hell, mit Fenster. Die hoteleigene Beschreibung auf booking.com ist zutreffend. Alles in allem eine gute Adresse mit Ruhe nach dem Trubel, wenn man will, taucht man schnell überall ein zum Essen, Trinken, Feiern und Sightseeing.

Cons:

Wenn ich suche, finde ich bestimmt das Haar in der Suppe, aber ich habe keinen Anlass zu suchen.

Huoneen kuvauksessa ikkuna, ymmärsin sen tilatessani olevan valokuilu
Tätä kautta saisi huoneeseen luonnonvaloa, koska miksi muuten huonetta myytäisiin ikkunalla.
Ikkuna oli pimeään ilmastointi kuiluun, ei tullut valoa.Vielä pahempaa oli sinne kiinnitettyjen ilmastointilaitteiden ulko- osien käynnin äänet varsinkin yöllä, nukkumaan ei pystynyt ilman korvatulppia.

Pros:

Trevlig hotell i distrikt 1, nära benh thanh marknaden. Bra läge med gångavstånd till många sevärdheter. Fin och bra pool på taket. Det är en mysig plats att komma undan stadspulsen.

Cons:

Jag hade bokat ett rum utan fönster eftersom det var bäst pris. Dessa rum är tyvärr väldigt små och mitt luktade mycket fukt (mögel?). Det lät även högt från ventilationen.
Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och jag fick uppgradera till ett bättre rum (betalde mer). Tänk på att boka ett av de större rummen med fönster de är mycket bättre.
