Hotel parfait pour un séjour en famille
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner, pour lequel il y avait beaucoup de choix, piscine sur le roof top et spa. L'hotel est très bien situé proche du marché Ben Tanh et les chambres sont spacieuses parfait en famille.

Cons:

Rien, peut être juste le premier jour le bruit des travaux, mais on nous a trouvé une autre chambre

I noticed in my life that Professionalism of staff is more important than having better facility condition.

Staff are very kind and welcoming.

Cons:

The big plus is the staff at this hotel making minuses into “plus”. Especially Ms.Lucy from customer service team was so professional at her work. Even though It was really terrible that the neighbour building started drilling and making noisy renovation works in the morning Ms.Lucy could satisfy customers with very warm words and her support with moving to other room where these noises would not bother. She was taking care of all the customers and finding a way to make them stay in the most comfortable way.

Good budget hotel
Pros:

Good location within walking distance of the major tourist sites.

Decent breakfast, nice rooftop pool and bar and friendly, attentive staff.

Our family room was a good size with big, comfy beds.

Cons:

The bathroom was small and a bit cramped, with a weak shower.

Not enough hanging or drying areas in the bedroom/bathroom, especially if you use the pool.

There are about 4 different lifts, but the one leading to our room did not connect to the rooftop pool/bar, meaning that we had to go down to the ground floor then back up.
