Zu Beginn hatten wir ein Zimmer, in dem der Abfluss der Dusche nicht funktioniert hat. Da wir spät angekommen sind und die Dusche erst am Morgen benutzt haben, haben wir dort eine Nacht geschlafen und die betten waren sehr gemütlich. Als wir das Personal darauf angesprochen haben, kam der Hausmeister, um sich darum zu kümmern. Die Verständigung war wegen seiner begrenzten Englischkenntnisse etwas schwierig, aber nach einigem Hin und Her haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Das Personal war die ganze Zeit freundlich und hat sein Bestes versucht.

Das zweite Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Die Dachterrasse ist genial, der Spa ebenfalls, und auch das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl.

A pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved.
Pros:

We had a generally good experience during our stay. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful, which was definitely one of the highlights. The location is convenient, and we also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection.

Cons:

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. We noticed that the rooms had a noticeable smell, so improving ventilation and room freshness would make the stay more comfortable. At times, communication was a little challenging due to the language barrier, although the staff always made an effort to assist.

We also felt that the additional charge for a laundry bag was a little unexpected and perhaps something the hotel could reconsider.

One suggestion for future guests is to double-check the hotel name when making a booking, as the old Alagon Hotel and the newer Alaiyon Hotel are attached/closely connected, which can potentially cause some confusion on arrival.

Overall, we appreciate the warm hospitality and helpful attitude of the staff. With a few improvements to the rooms and some service-related details, the experience could be even better. Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable.

Pros:

Отличное местоположение. Комфортный и просторный номер. Великолепная постель. Достойные завтраки. Необычная планировка отеля, первый раз встречаю такое:))

Cons:

Хромает уборка. На полу остались пятна от предыдущих постояльцев.

sinon tout étais parfait merci
Pros:

La piscine sur le toit les massages était très agréable et relaxant le lunch étais excellent combo avec plusieurs choix de viande

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimer les serviettes de bain sentais le chlore pour se doucher ce n’étais pas très hygiénique pour les personnes qui ont payer un séjour dans votre hôtel à revoir
