工作人員非常親切，飯店地點在舊城區裡很方便，雖然在鬧區不過房間內倒是聽不見外面馬路上的聲音。早餐也好吃！

Die Lage ist super, da extrem zentral! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Leider hab ich mich von den Bildern etwas blenden lassen und wir waren enttäuscht, ein Zimmer ohne Tageslicht erhalten zu haben. Das Frühstück, nach zwei Wochen Vietnamurlaub, war leider das schlechteste der Reise und das Ambiente beim Frühstück nicht einladend, da wieder kein Tageslicht. Die Auswahl war auch so lala. Aufgrund der Lage und der tollen Mitarbeiter, würde ich gerne eine bessere Bewertung abgeben, sorry!

Lokasi sangat strategis, Lokasi dekat dengan keramaian, mudah mencari makanan dan pusat oleh-oleh, dekat dengan danau untuk aktivitas pagi hari

Walupun tidak bisa check in awal tapi masih bisa untuk mandi atau ganti baju dan melanjutkan aktivitas

Top lokacija, lepo urejene čiste sobe, soliden zajtrk, izredno prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje.

Dovolili so nam pustiti prtljago tudi en dan kasneje, ko smo se že odjavili in nekoliko prej vrnili z izleta in je nismo imeli kam dati pred odhodom na vlak.

Ob odhodu smo pozabili mali nahrbtnik. Uslužbenec s hotela je dohitel taksi z motorjem in nam ga predal! Kakšna prijaznost!

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement et le personnel : hôtel central parfait pour visiter Hanoi et le personnel au petit soin, particulièrement l’hôtesse d’accueil Maí qui a tout fait pour que nous passions un séjour très agréable.
