Central hotel and wondeful staff
Pros:

All went well. We kept Amorita Hotel whilst our 5 week stay in Vietnam.....and left our extra luggage there , while travelling around. In 20days we retuned back from other locations like Danang, Hue, HoiAn & Tam Coc.
We will retun on the 24th....for a couple of more days
May is VERY helpful and sweet.
All staff are adorable.

Pros:

The staff especially Mai and Fiona were great, it was our first time in Hanoi and they made our stay a home away from home. Fiona also was able to retrieve our pictures from our tour guide. Food was great, since we stayed from March 9-14 , we had a variety of food everyday.

Hôtel bien placé au cœur de la vieille ville. Personnel très gentil et efficace. Petit déjeuner bon. Au vue de son emplacement prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles ce dont nous avons fait et les nuits étaient correctes

Just book it , can’t go wrong for the price.

We only stayed 2 nights but was very pleased with our choice. The hotel was in a very central location to all the main places The staff were all extremely friendly & organised all our transport etc for us. Thank you especially to Tracy. Lovely girl

The shower was awesome. The location was also great.

Our room did not have any windows. It was also next to the elevator, which was noisy every time someone used it.

Overall highly satisfied.
Pros:

It’s very well located. Rooms with balcony were very spacious and comfy.
Staff is super friendly and fun. They helped me with a lot requests and the tours.

Cons:

A bit noisy in the mornings. But you get used to it :)

Pros:

Nice hotel, surprisingly quiet for where it is located, comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, Mai at the tour desk was great and helped out with tours to other places. I would recommend to stay here if you are in the area
