الفطور أعجبني فيما عدا البيض رغم انه الاساسي في الافطار .. والعاملون في مطعم الافطار يحتاجون الى دورة في خدمة العملاء ..

Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Sadece kahvaltı cok güzel değildi. Samsunda hiltonda kaldık orası harikaydı. Ordu sıcak kahvaltılar konusunda yetersiz geldi bize. Onun dısında guzel bie otel calışanlarıda cok naziktiler.

Das Hotel ist gepflegt der Strand um die Ecke ! Das Personl beschäftigt mit Handy das geht gar nicht !

Das Personal ständig am Handy kein Lächeln kein richtige Begrüßung!! Ich verstehe nicht wie man auf der Arbeit ständig am Handy sein kann!

Pros:

breakfast very good. The staff during check in were polite and friendly. Location is very good.

Cons:

The only thing I really didn't like was the attitute of the staff during check out. Cold, distant and unfriendly. When I said "thank you" they didn't even bother to reply.

Nice hotel with good breakfast
Pros:

This is a nice and clean hotel with a good buffet breakfast with good choice of breads and cheeses, as well as honey comb! I booked 2 rooms and my family (with 3 kids) enjoyed their stay. As a bonus, the hotel is close to the restaurants and bars by the beach. Some of the restaurants serve food until 23:30 which is good for those who arrive late.

Pros:

Helpfull nice staff, especially with parking during very busy hour in the evening, gentelmen helped us by showing exact spot and took care that car is safe. Room was clean and ac working well. Good breakfast. Gteat location just on the beachside with plenty of bars and restaurants around.

Biz 3 kişi olarak rezervasyon yaptık, bir kişinin yatağını koltuğu açarak hazırlamışlardı.Tek rahatsızlığımız bu idi, bunun dışında herşey güzeldi. Yataklar, temiz ve rahattı, kahvaltısı çok güzeldi.

Das Hotel führt noch ein Saal im Hotel. Extrem laute und rücksichtslose Feier. Wir sind schwer durch die Menschen ins Zimmer gekommen, geschweige vom Lärm, was bis in den Morgen ging.
