The location was great for what we needed and parking included nice bar service.
The decor was not to my taste but not offensive in any way shower adequate for what we needed.
Full English breakfast was to die for!!

The landlord Kaz came out to greet us on arrival and showed us to our room. He was very friendly and my kids loved it as we were close to the pleasure beach and sand castle and right across the road was the beach. Which looked amazing at sunset. Also breakfast was good and kept us full till lunchtime.
It was unfortunate that we couldn’t get evening food but there were takeaways close by and the landlord did an amazing BBQ on our last night which was amazing
5 years since our last visit and we were welcomed back as if it was a regular occurrence.

Beautiful B&B. Perfect location, tram stop in front of the hotel, free parking too. Breakfast was the best. The owner Kaz was a real gentleman

They accommodated to our request before check in.. we requested could we come a bit earlier so we could get to the attractions sooner and they were very kind and allowed us to do so . Staff were welcoming , friendly ..Breakfast was lovely , everything you need at hand or on request. We Will definitely stay again for the pleasure beach location.
