Hotel was very understanding and accomodating
Pros:

Derrick was very understanding and accommodating when my plans changed that affected my travel. He was understanding and allowed me to switch the night from Friday to Monday due to a change in my family member being transported to a local nursing home. It was one less thing that I had to worry about which was a huge relief.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like.
