Pros:

새격에 도착했는데도, 친절히 안내 받았고, 체크 아웃 후 짐도 보관하여 주었다.

Cons:

Singapore Holiday trip
Pros:

Staff were very friendly Rayson and Elvin give me early check in for free due to room is available, they give me many good advice, and during night when I need help for tv issue Lester was very fast to help me to solve the issue in just 5minutes.

The room was small and sound proof is very poor,other than that all good

It was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights! Recommend it!
Pros:

The room was small but very clean! In advance, we have requested a room on the upper floor and a fridge inside. Actually, it was provided! The staff was very kind, polite and finally amazing! When we checked out, they let us leave our luggage at reception, and when we came back to collect it in the evening, they even provided us with a room and towels so we could shower! And all of this was for Free! It is the best hotel ever! Definitely recommend this place!

Cons:

We have detected 2 cockroaches that came from the pipes! It was dreadful( Also, we left some food on the table in the plastic pack during the day, and when we came back, it was full of small ants! So we stored all the food in the fridge... We don't reccoment to rent a room without frige due to the risk of ants!

Perfekt für den kurzen Trip
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, danke an Rayson and Lester that we could freshen up and have a shower before the long flight. Very cooperative. Alles modern und ausreichend, wenn man in der Stadt viel unterwegs ist.

From the moment we arrived, Lester and Louis made us feel genuinely welcomed. Their warmth and attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay — nothing was ever too much to ask, and they always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It's rare to encounter front-of-house staff who combine professionalism with such a personal touch. Lester and Louis are a true asset to this property, and they're a big reason we'll be coming back.
