Everything about premier Hollywood is ok point. From the rooms the locations and to the staffs like Elvin and Rayson, it is always a great experience staying here. Good for solo travellers and couples. We are literally staying at the food paradise of Singapore. Lots of good food!

The strict rules like no smoking in the rooms and in the corridors, there is a designated smoking area

Hotel 81 premier Hollywood is my preferred stay over any other hotels. Firstly customer service from Elvin and Rayson is top notch. They are very pleasant in their speech and make you feel comfortable. The room is clean and amenities is all available. It's walking distance to nice dim sum place and frog leg. Nothing else I could have ask for. Thank you hotel 81 for hiring the right people for the job. Cheers

A special thank you to the manager, Rayson, who does an excellent job of running the hotel. You can really see the care and effort that goes into making it a welcoming and well-managed place.

I would also like to thank Robbie and Elvin for their kindness and outstanding customer service. When I needed to extend my stay, they made the whole process easy and stress-free. They were very supportive and even helped me get the best available offer, which I really appreciated.

The location is fantastic, with public transport just a short walk away. It made getting around and exploring the city incredibly convenient.

Most importantly, I was impressed by how clean the hotel is. The housekeeping standards are excellent, and everything was spotless throughout my stay.

Excellent value for money and exceptional hospitality. We arrived late for check-in, but the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating. On the day of our checkout, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we continued with our plans.

What impressed us most was their exceptional thoughtfulness: even after our official checkout time had passed, they generously offered us the use of a shower in one of the vacant rooms so that we could freshen up. This level of care and hospitality truly went above and beyond our expectations.

We were very impressed with the service and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and genuinely welcoming staff.

I have always chosen premier Hollywood as the counter guys elvin and rayson never failed to make the conversation comfortable and we always have a good laugh over it. The rooms are clean, well maintained and it's always a 10/10 experience staying here. Kudos to hotel 81 management for employing the right guys for the position.

Front desk service

It's my weekly stay for now at hotel Hollywood. Elvin and Rayson attended to me and as always their hospitality make me feel comfortable and we chatted quite a bit. Once again Hollywood never failed to disappoint. Cleanliness on point and it's always my first choice.

It was close to bus station and town centre. Restaurants nearby. Smooth running WiFi. Friendly staff
