Pros:

Amazing stay. No complaints. We stayed at Nikko at the beginning of our 3 week trip, and ended our trip going back to Nikko. The staff there deserve all the praise! Everyone was friendly, helpful and trustworthy, especially Sophie, Hau, Lucas and the laundry team (we didn't know we left a $50 Cad in 1 of the pant pockets and they sent it back).
We will definitely be going back and recommending Nikko Saigon to everyone.

With beautiful interior and outdoor views and kind staff, this hotel is a great place to stay.
Pros:

Kevin at the front desk is really professional and friendly. Many thanks. We shall really miss him because of his service and kind nature. He deserves the best because of the excellent and superior help he provided.
We like the views and the surroundings. wonderful food, and we will most certainly come again. Because it's a really cozy hotel with facilities, I also urge all of my friends to stay here.

Excellent service with high-quality price
Pros:

The hotel's design has a calm atmosphere. You will receive what you paid for, especially the excellent service, even though the price is somewhat costly. I would especially want to thank Kiet (Kevin), the man at the desk, for his financial guidance and suggestions . He really stood out from the others with his colorful attitude and also a big cheer to his manager Steven!

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and one of its wings is a shopping center. The personnel is really attentive and friendly.
