Hotel Nikko Saigon

I whole heartedly agree this is the best place to stay! It is centered near everything and has the best aura to it, the workers who dedicated their time to making sure not only room are super clean but the front desk workers who constantly make you feel welcome and respected! I absolutely think if you come to Vietnam you should stay here, good prices for room ratio along with a very clean place to be! Also so cool we have a mall with an amazing food court to eat at! Love love this place and 110% will be back, also shout out to Raymond! He is a real one and helped us out so much with being accommodated!

Gorgeous hotel with everything one would anticipate from a five-star establishment. Excellent breakfast, location, and lovely pool. The room is very clean, has wonderful amenities, and has great views.

Phenomenal experience
The lobby is open and modern to match the rooms. Employees are fast, professional, and friendly. During cleaning employees take off their shoes and ensure cleanliness. They always make sure to restock the bathroom items and leave a little chocolate. Food was delicious inside the hotel, though if you want to switch things up there’s even an attached mall. Easily one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at, would love to come again.

The rooms have been absolutely incredible and the service to match. Raymond especially has been invaluable with his assistance and advance on our travel plans. The hotel is located in one of the best locations we could have asked for; with a mall attached and walking distance to anything you’re looking for. We’ve stayed in some rundown airbnbs but this atmosphere has given our family the breath of fresh air that only this type of luxury can provide.

Raymond is absolutely the best! He took such great care of us from start to finish and made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and stress-free. We felt welcomed, valued, and well taken care of the entire time. If you’re lucky enough to have Raymond helping you, you’re in great hands. Thank you, Raymond, for your outstanding service!

Although we did not stay overnight at the hotel, we had a wonderful experience with their staff. We needed a place to leave our luggage while we explored the city, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating in allowing us to do so.

We’ve stayed here a few times now and it has always been one of our favorite hotel in HCM city. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. The staff is super nice here. Especially Kevin, Raymond, Tony and Ms Lin manager is super sweet and professional.

My first stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon was absolutely wonderful. I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised to be checked in immediately without having to wait until 2 PM.

We were extremely pleased with Kevin, Steven and Jin’s service. They greeted us with warm smiles and assisted us with our check in. I had a wonderful stay at Nikko Hotel. During my visit, I accidentally lost my ring and was very worried. Thankfully, Travis found it in a sofa near Guest Services, and Andy, Justin, Peter, Kevin, and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful throughout the process.

I am extremely grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Their efforts reunited me with something very special to me, and I truly appreciate their kindness.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was great, and the all-you-can-eat buffet dinner was excellent—10/10. A special thank you to Travis for finding my ring and to the entire team for their support.
