Outstanding hotel
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here. 5 star service from all the staff. Especially Raymond at the front that helped us with bags and transport.
If you are looking for a little escape and some luxury this is the place for it.
The pool area is amazing and has bar service, the spa is beautiful.
The best seafood buffet ever!
Breakfast is next level with so many food choices.
5 senses Japanese restaurant and cigar lounge was phenomenal.
Little handy shopping centre connected to hotel.
Hotel bar and lounge was great with some great designer cocktails.
We will definitely be back and love everything about this hotel.
Easy check in and out also.

Good stay!
Pros:

The staffs are really kind and considerate. We would especially want to express our gratitude to Kevin at reception for his professional assistance during our check-out as we were rushing to the airport. He was a great reminder to make sure we had everything we needed, which was really helpful. At the time, Justin and Andy, two of his teammates, also played the pleasant roles. Additionally, the restaurants' cuisine and service were excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon from 17 to 19 April 2026. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the service was truly excellent.

I would especially like to recognize Raymond for his outstanding hospitality. He was always friendly, cheerful, enthusiastic, and incredibly helpful. What impressed me most was how attentive and responsive he was — always quick to assist, efficient, and proactive in making sure everything was handled smoothly. His positive attitude and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable.

It is staff members like Raymond who create such a memorable guest experience. Thank you to the whole team at Hotel Nikko Saigon for the warm hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service from Tony Pham

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless, comfortable, and welcoming.

A special thank you to Tony Pham, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was an incredible host, always responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring. Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and thoughtfully, which made a huge difference in how relaxed and taken care of we felt throughout our trip.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with great amenities and a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff across the board were professional and friendly, but Tony really stood out for going above and beyond.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Nikko to anyone visiting. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Rooms were big and clean, breakfast was very good with huge variety. Most importantly the staff from check in, housekeeping and service staff were excellent. They were friendly and very attentive and helpful. Fantastic service!

ウォシュレットの装備と、バス利用で市内主要スポットに行ける点。

プールサイドでゆっくりできたのと、TVでYoutubeが見られるのも良かった。

Cons:

デザイン優先で使いづらい設備。
特にバスルームがすぐに水浸しになる。しかも換気が弱く湿気が溜まる。
例、照明の操作やバスタブの排水操作がわかりづらい

電源が少なく、今時常識のUSB端子もないのは要改善。

Our go-to hotel in Ho Chi minh
Pros:

We stayed at The Nikko Saigon on a previous trip and loved it so much we came back. We, again, booked a room with Executive Club privileges and weren’t disappointed. Everything is top notch. The comfort, the amenities, the food, the staff. The only thing I’d say is that on our first stay it was fairly new and after approximately 10 years it’s showing some signs of understandable wear and tear. The service and staff, however has remained at an impressively high level.
