J'ai été surclassé dans la suite appelée suite présidentielle. J'ai rarement été aussi mal à l'aise dans une suite d'hôtel. Premier choc l'entrée donne sur une salle de réunion qui ne vous plonge pas franchement dans un esprit de détente, et une vieille cuisine hors d'usage. Le salon est froid et austère. Il y a une sorte d'évier au fond du salon. La terrasse est dans un état calamiteux malgré une vue imprenable le sol de la salle de bain est extrêmement glissant. Vu le prix que j'y avais mis dans l'idée de faire une surprise , quelle déception !

It was an amazing experience all around.

From the warm welcome to the elegant lobby, the hotel genuinely exudes five-star luxury.
The check-in procedure was simple and speedy. Both our room and the facilities are first-rate! We would especially want to thank Kevin for his exceptional problem-solving skills and effective support.He handles the matter with complete courtesy and composure. Although I was unable to meet Mr. Steven, I can guarantee that he did a fantastic job educating employees like Kevin. I love the comfy, firm bed, the amazing high-tech toilet bowl, and the bathtub. It is cozy and welcoming, with all the buttons to meet your needs.
The hotel is conveniently next to Now Zone, a mall where you can buy for needs or just have a bite to eat. An odd corridor that connects the main lobby to the mall is located next to the Nikko Shop.
Families or couples seeking a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, particularly those with kids, should certainly check this place out.

Wow, fantastic, attentive, and safe
Pros:

The lobby is an open space with high ceiling. The staffs are friendly and attentive. The front of the hotel is clean. The ac in the room is quiet and effective. Get the breakfast buffet with the package. It is filled with variety of foods and the services are top notch. I love the Nikko brand.
