كانت الغرفة مريحة وهادئة جدا، الطاقم لطيف ومؤدب، الموقع جيد ومركزي وقريب من الاماكن السياحية.
اتمنى على الفندق وادارته اخذ بعين الاعتبار الطعام الحلال المخصص للمسلمين، اجمالا وليس الامر خاص بالفندق، اتعبني موضوع الاكل، توجد 3 او 4 مطاعم حلال في احياء شعبيه...الاكل صعب...

酒店新装修，甲醛味道很重，装修使用的化工原料有问题，一进房间就有很浓的刺鼻气味，儿童住一个晚上就生病。

Room is spacious. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Bed is big and comfy. I didn't give facilities full score because I didn't use any of it.

Good breakfast variety, although I mostly ate Vietnamese food. The pho was grade A. The staff was friendly and attentive, but conversations in front of guests could be more professional.
The Vietnamese desserts were delicious. I hope they add more traditional Vietnamese dessert options.
The pool did not have a strong chlorine smell and felt more like fresh water.
Durians were allowed in my room.
I ate breakfast about an hour before closing. Some stations were not refilled and became empty. The Vietnamese desserts ran out well before closing time.
The room could also have been better maintained. There was noticeable wear and tear, which did not give it a five-star feel.

The is in a great location in the city, one of the busiest districts, but just out of the hussle and bussell. The facilities are great, staff have exceptional customer service, the cleanliness of the room was maintained daily. The breakfast buffet, high tea and happy hour canapes and snacks were the best finest dining in the city.
The condition of the room and views from the windows was beautiful.
