We truly value the thoughtful arrangements made by the staff when we were staying at the hotel! The front desk staff (Kevin, Steven, and Manager Yvonne) also readily complied with our requests for a flexible check-in schedule and a room.

Your team's gracious welcome is greatly appreciated. The professionalism and genuine concern were evident in every aspect of the service, including the minor nuances. We were truly grateful. We had the pleasure of having Kevin serve us at reception during our stay, and he truly made it unforgettable. When we requested for assistance, he always greeted us with a warm grin and a very professional attitude. His team members Lee, Andy, and the managers (Steven and Yvonne) were ready to assist us after a lengthy journey so that we could enter the room a bit early despite the high occupancy. The hotel has excellent meals and a clean, well-equipped space.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nikko Saigon from 1–5 August, and I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s elegant design, exceptional cleanliness, and outstanding level of professionalism and customer service.

Unfortunately, I was unwell for part of my stay and had to spend more time resting in the hotel and having meals at the Lobby Lounge. Despite this, several members of the team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, memorable, and genuinely enjoyable.

Tony, the Head Concierge, was simply superb and fully deserving of the Golden Keys he wears. He was caring, reassuring, knowledgeable, and exceptionally professional. More than that, he treated me like a friend, offering valuable advice on navigating Vietnam for future trips. Even while I wasn’t feeling well, he made me feel genuinely looked after.

Sandra, the Restaurant Supervisor, was another outstanding member of the team. She was warm, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She suggested several beautiful Catholic churches for me to visit and went above and beyond to help me find them. She also recommended great shopping locations. I certainly didn’t expect this level of personalised service from a Restaurant Supervisor, and she made every breakfast a cheerful and enjoyable start to the day.

The breakfast buffet itself was outstanding, with an excellent selection of high-quality food, complemented by attentive and welcoming staff.

I would also like to thank Miller at the Concierge Desk, who helped me with Shopee and enabled me to receive my purchases within just four hours. Raymond was equally helpful, patiently assisting with my many questions and requests throughout my stay. Both consistently delivered exceptional service.

Finally, after being disturbed by a noisy guest next door late one night, Andy, the Duty Manager, responded quickly and handled the situation professionally and effectively. His genuine concern and prompt action were greatly appreciated.

Having worked and trained in frontline customer service myself, I recognise truly exceptional service when I experience it. While the hotel itself is beautiful, it is the people who truly make Hotel Nikko Saigon exceptional.

The staff members mentioned above are wonderful ambassadors for the hotel and played a big part in making what could have been a difficult stay into one that I will always remember fondly.

I look forward to returning to Hotel Nikko Saigon in the near future and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Beautiful, great staff, club lounge was gorgeous

I stayed at Hotel Nikko Saigon from 13 to 21 July 2026 in a Suite with a living room, bedroom and kitchen, and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel enjoys an excellent location in District 1, close to shopping areas such as NOWZONE and with easy access to the city centre. The property itself feels calm and well-maintained, while the Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.
Service throughout the hotel was efficient and professional. A special note of thanks to Raymond at the Concierge, who was warm, helpful and even spoke Cantonese, which made the experience feel more personal and welcoming.
I would happily recommend Hotel Nikko Saigon to both business and leisure travellers looking for a convenient and reliable base in Saigon.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located with easy access to shopping centers and many attractions in Ho Chi Minh City.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone—from the Front Office and Housekeeping to the Restaurant team—was warm, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight of my stay. It offered an excellent variety of both Vietnamese and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. There were plenty of choices to suit every taste.
Overall, Hotel Nikko Saigon truly delivers exceptional service and a memorable guest experience. I highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers, and I look forward to staying here again.

Hotel Nikko Saigon excels in understated luxury and genuine Japanese hospitality. The spacious rooms, elegant public spaces, and exceptional Nikko Club Lounge create a refined guest experience. Special recognition goes to Lounge Hosts Sophie, Rosa and Vy, and Waitress Lyn whose warm smiles, gracious bows, and attentive service made every visit welcoming. Equally deserving of praise is Lounge Chef Mr. Tai, whose beautifully presented afternoon tea and evening happy hour feature a changing selection of quality treats, thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail.
My sincere appreciation also goes to Chief Concierge Mr. Tong, who kindly arranged a late check-out after my onward flight to Hong Kong was delayed by the typhoon. His flexibility and thoughtful assistance made an unexpected travel disruption much less stressful.
Throughout the hotel, every team member greets guests with a warm smile and courteous bow, reflecting the hotel's commitment to Japanese hospitality. The attentive doormen are always ready to open doors, assist with luggage, and arrange taxis promptly, making every arrival and departure effortless. It is this consistent service and attention to detail that make Hotel Nikko Saigon one of my preferred hotels whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh City. Regards Kim
