A busy biz hotel, efficient and very customer centric
Pros:

Excellent well trained staff, very healthy culture. Everyone is excellent, concierge, reception, restaurant staff to chamber maids.
Good spread for breakast

Cons:

Location is not that near eateries and s hops, but it’s easy to get grab rides, fast and cheap.

Wonderfully stay here! Recommend to everyone
Pros:

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon and would be very happy to recommend it. The location is great, with a shopping mall close to the hotel and many restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient.

What impressed me the most was the service they provided. I arrived with jet lag and hoped to check in earlier than the regular 3 p.m. time. The manager was very kind, and Nhi coordinated with the housekeeping team to arrange a high-floor beautiful and clean room for me around noon, allowing me to take a rest properly before the conference.

The housekeeping and concierge teams were also very responsive. I requested two foam pillows, and they were delivered within five minutes after I hung up the phone. That level of efficiency is truly impressive.

The breakfast and seafood buffet was also great, the food is fresh and delicious, Nikki hotel provides unlimited lobsters for the buffet, I would recommend the lobster with Singapore sauce and black pepper sauce. For the breakfast, the most impressed dish was the unlimited fresh coconut, I had two coconuts every morning lol.

I would like to thank to Nhi, Lee, Vy, Sophie, and Harvey for their warm and professional assistance throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again. I will recommend this hotel to any travelers coming to HCMC

Superior Service
Pros:

On National Day, we were at Nikko Saigon, and the staff—especially Kevin and his team, Harvey and Joe at the reception—provided the best service. The lovely conversations we had and the assistance Kevin provided made me feel happy and at home. No matter how busy he was, he always reacted to us with patience. When you get to Nikko Saigon, please look for Kevin; he will greet you.

: Wonderful hospitality and excellent family dining experience

We had a wonderful dining experience at Ming Court in Hotel Nikko Saigon on May 9th with our family group of 15 people.

Special thanks to Mr. Tony Huu from the Concierge team for his kind and professional support throughout the reservation process. He was very responsive, attentive, and helped everything go smoothly.

The restaurant staff were also extremely warm and accommodating. Our family had three children under 3 years old, and the team was very patient, caring, and attentive throughout the meal, which made us feel very comfortable.

The food and overall service were excellent. Highly recommended for family gatherings and special occasions!
