Pros:

The room was comfy, and it was large enough to accommodate two people.

Cons:

There is only one set of elevators, but it was not that bad of a wait for the elevator. The construction was ongoing, there was a mess, and the breakfast area was in a small conference room.

It would’ve been good if we were told before booking that hotel was getting renovated. It was a huge mess. Should’ve gotten some kind of discount. You walked into a huge mess. hotel room toilet would wobble all over the place. I reserved this hotel cause I’ve always had a good experiences, but this one was bad!

The stay was unacceptable and the hotel was not forth coming about the construction project.
Pros:

This hotel is under MAJOR construction with no lobby, the 2nd floor totally demolished and excessive noise from 9:00 am to 6 pm at night. The noise was above us as we were on the 1st floor and around us as we were by the lobby being reconstructed. We could NOT take a nap, watch a movie or enjoy the room. Even though we were planning on staying in the area for two days, we left after the first night.

Cons:

This hotel should have listed that the construction noise/dust is excessive and throughout hotel. There was no mention and we would have made other plans. I am truly disappointed in the entire experience.

We checked in and my grandmother could not get up off the toilet without help so we left.
