Gutes Hotel in guter Lage mit perfekten Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Tolle Lage zu Gateway of India, Restaurants und Bars. Auch zum Bahnhof Viktoria Station sind es zu Fuß knappe 30 Minuten. Große Zimmer mit kleinem Kühlschrank, sauberes Bad mit guter Ausstattung,gutes WLAN, gutes Frühstück und die freundlichsten Mitarbeiter, die ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Sowohl an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück, Zimmerservice und Türsteher: besser geht nicht

Alles okay. Für indische Verhältnisse vielleicht etwas teuer, aber es war den Preis wert

Nicely Located Hotel
Pros:

This Hotel was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do during our short stay In South Mumbai.

Cons:

Even though the hotel had air con and fans within the room, the heat did still feel a bit overbearing at times. The bathroom especially could do with a bit better aeration. Otherwise no concerns. As with most hotels the passing traffic from outside can create a lot of noise throughout the day and most part of the night. So be mindful of that. Otherwise this hotel was pleasant, reasonably priced and in a great location. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room too.

Cleanliness and it was very neat

Cons:

Staff and they were very unprofessionals.
And same person who carried luggage from car become the person for room service.
My suitcase for locked and the staff did not help at all.
And when i requested he charged a lot to which i denied
Later i dragged my luggage to the shop and got fixed in 250 rs. When i confronted back to the hotel person he denied and said thatbhe also demanded same money but that was not the case.7500 rs for a night with no dinner is enough still people want to earn by looting the tourists which is really shameful act. It was my daughters bday on 29th and i was ther only for one night but instead of going locally i had to waste time in getting suitcase fixed ..very bad experience ..

Sa localisation

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue, pas de double vitrage ni de joint aux fenêtres.
Musique très forte faisant vibrer le sol de la chambre tous les soirs de 21h à 1h30 du matin.
Petit déjeuner ouvre officiellement à 7h mais en réalité il n’est opérationnel pas avant 7h30
J’ai réservé et payé pour une chambre ‘de luxe’, on m’a attribué une chambre ‘standard’

A stay to remember.
Pros:

excellent location breakfast included helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

unfortunately the first night we were in a room 111 which is above the nightclub next door ask them to move me as it was very banging music till130 in the morning but they said they did not have another room. I was not happy, although they did move the next day to a room on the other side so second night got some sleep. also, there was a dirty towel in the wardrobe and the fridge wasn’t very clean.

The property is in great location, staff were nice and helpful!

Cons:

The rooms were nice size but old needs a makeover, the toilet is old and moldy very uncomfortable. Also the breakfast was not good the menu was limited to foreigners.

Great except breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast should be improved. The staff at Nobel hall is not so good. Breakfast should be warm through out the duration. All items were not present. If you will ask only then will keep.

Check Inn. Persönlicher Service. Erhielt Unterstützung zu all meinen Fr.agen.
Das Zimmer war tip top sauber, jeden Tag. Immer wurde ich gefragt, ob etwasnfehle und alles ok sei. Klasse.
Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt
