Pros:

Very comfortable in the family room with a nice view of the Matterhorn from our balcony.
Hotel facilities and location are excellent with ski rental directly opposite.
Breakfast was great and all staff attentive to our needs.
Highly recommend.

Pros:

Clean with friendly staff!! Amazing continental breakfast with every choice of food. Easy to find from train station.

Cons:

Odd hours for the hot tub sauna.. hot tub is a single person tub filled with hot water, maybe it’s a Swiss thing..
