Lorsque que j’ai demandé où déjeuner, personne ne m’a indiqué qu’il y avait une cafétéria sur place.

The very poor lighting in the room. The strength of the lights should be made much brighter.

Car parking nearby / on site however could not use
Staff were bad to say the least
We arrived an hour before check in time, however the guy would not let us use the car parking on site until after check in time, even though it was empty 2 hours earlier, as he confirmed!
So we used a car park nearby, slightly more expensive and not secure.
On check out the woman (red hair) was even worse, we took our bags to the car in the car park nearby at 9am so we could go have a coffee and see the parts of the city we had not seen the previous day.
We met the said lady on the way out and explained what we were doing!
On return to the hotel to check out and collect what we had left in the room, we entered the room and realised someone had been in whilst we were out and left the door unlocked! along with the wardrobe doors left open, our private space which was paid for until check out time (Midday) had been entered without our permission!
I asked the lady and she admitted that she had been in the room as we hadn’t handed the key in, of course not as we had not checked out and told her the reason why.

Affordability, and it was clean, and I had everything I want right close.

Accueil et propreté au rendez-vous. Excellent emplacement à 5 mn à pied du centre hisorique.
Il aurait été bien de préciser avant la réservation la difficulté pour se garer dans le quartier ainsi que le prix du garage privé de 11 €.
