Limpieza y espacio

Cons:

La television muy pequeña, deberían poner pantallas grandes.
Poca variedad de proteína en el desayuno. Solo huevos y queso. Falta embutidos, variedad de quesos, etc.

Básico, falta de equipamiento, las almohadas, las paredes tenían manchas. Descuido en los controles de la TV agua en el baño cuando se ducha el pis se inunda, apenas una botella de agua para dos, ni se aprovecha las terrazas con vista para ofrecer una alternativa para sufrirse del paisaje

Un hotel confortable en Ambato
Pros:

El hotel es amplio y tiene buena ubicación, las instalaciones son bastante confortables y es pet friendly
Desayuno buffet variado bastante bueno.

Cons:

Hicimos una petición especial de early check in pero no fue posible porque el hotel estaba lleno.
El servicio en el restaurante estuvo demorado, pero la comida estuvo muy buena.
Sería bueno más cordialidad en recepción.
