Absolutely amazing hotel especially if this is your first time in Brazil! They’re so kind and accommodating :-) The food was AWESOME ! :D
Hotel Laghetto was very welcoming. The hotel itself, had a nice calming vibe, very clean and well kept. The lobby provided water, tea and coffee 24/7 free of charge. The staff at the lobby and restaurant was very nice and helpful. Kaio (lobby service), went above and beyond to make sure my boss and I had an incredible experience our first time in Sao Paulo. Everyday he would check in to see if we needed recommendations on food or things to do in the city. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and ample selection, although they could add some more healthier option. The gym facility is very complete to get a nice quick workout in. The rooms are very spacious, well kept and clean- the bed is very comfortable. All in all, it was an excellent stay and I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Not much around the hotel, 12 min walk to subway, with hills. Room was clean, but the bed was very hard.

Achei o hotel muito bom e a equipe extremamente simpática. Porém, as 08:00 da manhã no sábado, começaram obras no hotel com um grande barulho no quarto.
This property is well maintained. They seem to take pride in their hotel. It was very clean any time of day we were there. They offer water, tea, at the lobby. I found that very welcoming. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The door greeter/security guard was helpful in navagting on how to get to the metro from the hotel. He also gave us advice between taxi and using an uber service. My room was cleaned every day which is nice because in the USA they havent done that since after Covid. The room was nice and decor modern. Breakfast was the best! They stock it well with a variety of hot dishes to simple cereal and fresh fruits. I enjoyed eating breakfast everyday I was there. The espresso machines were also a bonus. The breakfast buffet opened early and was great for getting a head start on your day. It appeared that many people stay here for business, but great for just couples and adults getaway.
O unico problema foi que o check in nao estava liberado as 14h, tive que esperar. A rcepção foi super atenciosa, o problema estava na equipe de camareiras que nem respondiam a previsao da liberação do quarto

O hotel é maravilhoso muito limpo e o atendimento ótimo
Me hospedei durante o período de 3 dias com a minha noiva e fomos muito bem recebidos. O quarto no qual ficamos era muito confortável e limpo. A localização atendeu bem as nossas necessidades, sendo bem próximo da Avenida Paulista, de restaurantes, mercado e do metrô.
Struttura ben tenuta con stanza pulita e confortevole per quanto fredda a causa della mancanza del riscaldamento.
Nella stanza funziona solo la funzione COOL.
Bagno da rivedere in quanto abbastanza vecchio e con poche dotazioni.
Per esempio mancavano dei cleenex.
Armadio della stanza migliorabile con aggiunta di qualche appendino in più ( erano disponibili solo 4 appendini).
Ottima la colazione soprattutto per la parte salata.
Scelta molto ampia e prodotti di qualità.
Migliorabile l’interazione con il personale che non parla inglese e rende complicata qualsiasi interazione o richiesta.
Nonostante questo il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e sorridente.
Sempre surpreende impecável!!
